The offside rule should be if any part of the foot is onside then you're onside. It would reward well timed runs and make it more obvious when someone is on or off

comparing Portugal performance with England is shocking, England was sweating the whole second half, Czeck Republic had 26% ball possession and 1 shot on target the whole game against Portugal.

The Ronaldo situation reminds me a bit of when England were starting Beckham towards the back end of his career. 100% there were players coming through who were better than him, his performances for England weren't great. But somehow, we just played better with him on the pitch. I think Ronaldo is still putting in better performances than Becks was, but perhaps Portugal just want that leadership, a player who doesn't accept anything other than 100% from his team mates

8:00 for offsides they should only measure by the feet. Forward's are naturally leaning forward so it's unfair that other parts of your body can be offside
Been saying this for years now. A finger or a tip of an elbow shouldnt be offside, so the only way to go is feet.

Buvey still running the mudryk 90m garbage. The fee was like 56m with loads of add ons but Chelsea have to win the league and champions league for that to pay out which is unlikely whilst he’s at the club

Offside is simple to rectify..... it should be done by the placement of the feet.... no , shoulders and knees and crap like that.... just simple placement of the defenders foot and the attackers foot. It a game called football. I think that simplifies it.

McGrath had a problem with alcohol.
Before a major qualifier , McCarthy organised a night out at a concert.
McGrath tried to stay in his room ,was terrified of having one drink.
McCarthy said he wouldn't play if he didn't go ,and frog marched him down.
McGrath got pissed ,was dropped for the game ,and never played for Ireland again.
Irwin ,a treble winner the year before ,was dropped for another crucial qualifier.
McCarthy said he "needed to prove himself to McCarthy"
Irwin retired the next day.
That's three of Ireland's all time xi ,binned off by one manager.

Southgate is the perfect example of all man management and no tactical nouse. You can tell he just wants to be their new wave psychologist/mate but doesn't have the bollocks to make difficult substitutions at the right time, and I feel like the boys are running the team a bit. Example of a manger lacking both - Ten Hag - especially man management. Losing players like R7 and Sancho due to his own ego. Tactics? He came 7th with united. He'll be gone by Christmas.
