This story is a combined of the ps2 era games mk deception mk Deadly alliance and mk Armageddon and the last battle and extra characters that was combined that was a homage to Armageddon create a character
I honestly like how Quan Chi and Shang Tsung are both asshole friends to each other. In the second timeline, they seemed to have a one-dimensional rivalry to be the "true" bad guy. Here, they are both self-interested jackoffs and they have good chemistry with each other.
I like that callbacks to Deadly Alliance and Armageddon from the original games. I like Raiden, Shang Tsung, and Quan Chi teaming up another callback from Mortal Kombat Deception. I like Liu Kang chapter where there was a moment of happiness for him and Kitana. As well as showing other characters as Keeper of Time. As well as the Kano Keeper of Time from Mortal Kombat Legends Snow Blind. I like the combination of characters fused into one in the final chapter as you're allowed to choose your fighter. It was a very cool moment. This game was amazing with a few problems but overall i enjoyed the story. And looking forward to the next or DLC if we end up having one.Titan Havik is gonna be a lit antagonist. I'm looking forward to what chaos he's gonna cause. But anyway I hope you two have a wonderful day.
I think they cut it out of the video y'all watched but there was a part where we see the Kombat kids (Cassie, Jacqui, takeda and kung jin) again but I guess they were evil cause titan kitana kills most of them. The reason I say most is because takeda is apart of the guest fighters so I guess he survived and the rest of his timelines team is dead.
I so agree with your assessment. I loved how Mortal Kombat 1 started and was really enjoying it. When they reveal the two timelines, I thought, well ok. Kinda neat with how the last one ended. But when they brought in the multiple timelines AND finished it out with Armageddon... it was just too much. It had a whole different feel. That aside, it was very surprising to get a happy ending in Mortal Kombat 😂 unexpected, but pleasant.

personally according to what liu kang and geras said in story mode,I believe Kronika originally influenced Titan shang tsung's destiny(our shang tsung)just like titan tsung as Damashi influenced new era tsung to become a sorcerer,It shows us how Shang Tsung's destiny to always become a powerful sorcerer
The clip of Quan chi Shang sung and Raiden working together is a call back to the opening to deception. I hope talk have an the openings too deadly alliance, deception and Armageddon
They could have made titan Shang Tsung and his Allies look similar to mk11 characters, in that way they could have differentiated them from those of this timeline

Well i think its a bit harsh to call the end stupid. But i get where you're coming from. It was definitely cluttered for sure. And i had a similar reaction, but i think you would have slightly enjoyed it more if you played it. Plus it was a lot of fan service and call backs mixed in there. Still great reaction tho guys, this journey was fun for sure! And a game id suggest for a playthrough/reaction from y'all would be Detroit Become Human. Its a story based game that you guys could take turns on with the three main characters in it😉
Really enjoyed watching you guys finishing the MK1 Story. Make sure to watch the Character TOWER Endings to fill in the gaps. Seeing how everyone's story conclude. Completely agreed that the 3rd act was very convoluted and nonsensical.......Arnegeddon Fanservice..........maybe you guys can start with MK11 Tower endings first to extend the vid? @@TNTGamingonline It can still be Onaga. Havik isn't inherently evil, much less a conqueror, his thing is just to spread chaos. I wouldn't be surprised if one of his actions were to find a way to revive Onaga, create havoc in Outworld and with it begin a new war against Earthrealm. I doubt Mileena's rule would be without its own struggles, as well, especially since Shao, Shang and Quan are only imprisoned for now, not dead.
The Red Dead Redemption series is a great game to check out with stunning cinematics and hard hitting stories. Axiiboss has a good hd playlist for RDR2 divvied up into 20 min segments and gamecin has a good RDR1 game movie with enhanced graphics.
You and Tasha should learn more of the first timeline of mortal kombat from mortal kombat original to armageddon. There's also a spinoff of mortal kombat called Mortal kombat Mythologies Subzero to know more og bi han's story.

You guys should watch mk deception and Armageddon it will tell you guys a lot there were so many Easter eggs and references towards those games I think you should consider spider man and assassins creed
Mortal Kombat has always been stupid and wacky, the ending just felt a little rushed was all. I think you guys would’ve caught on to it better if you knew the history of the other Mortal Kombat games and what certain things meant. And Ashrah’s story was completed, she went from being a demon on the run that belongs nowhere to having a real family. Oh and lastly, Liu Kang drafted titans from across timelines to battle at the Pyramid of Argus, a very important place in the MK lore. In other words, that wasn’t our Mileena fighting or any of the others characters except Liu Kang from the main timeline. If you want to learn the entire history of Mk, I suggest watching MK Temple’s videos on them. (The Tower endings are important in this game)

Definitely watch all the Mk 1 tower endings it takes place after the story
So yeah the ending skipped a lot of battles but you even see the kombat kids come back during the war.
