customer service is a skill not everyone has it! if u dont learn it youll learn lots of potential customers. My job id sales and my bonuses are always maxed out. theres a to talk to each person. learn quick and make them remember you bringing you the customers!

Hey Tony, I’m fixing to start up my detailing business, I have one question. What is the best product to start out with in bulk to get my business going as far as interior and exterior. I been juggling between chemical guys and meguiars

Those products are good but overhype and don’t work as good i also recommend P&S
Meguairs Professional Line, Shine Supply, 3D, P&S. I wouldn’t commit to one brand for everything. Some products are better than other, a lot of it is personal preference. Trial & error. I don’t buy bulk unless I know it’s for sure the best product of its kind and it’s being used often.

He removed his company page. I believe he deleted his account because after a year his review was gone
If you haven't used that guy's products, you can't call them " junk ". The way to handle this would have been to warn Kim that a review should be about your services and not about your dispute over spam. You could threaten legal action unless the review is removed.
