The dad will be facing charges. I’d say probably about 80-90% of Hispanic parents don’t seem to use child safety seats or even seatbelts on 5-10 year old kids.
@@LuckyCharms777 hahahaha!!!! 80 to 90%? What are you, out of your mind? How many Latinos do you know man? That's hilarious if you really believe that.
Im white af, but me and all of my friends used to pack ourselves in our friends minivan since he was the only one with a license senior year, and since i was the skinniest usually theyd put me back there with 2 other people. I cant tell you how many times i got sandwiched between 2 much bigger people during sharp turns, but damn if it wasnt fun
Growing up in NZ we do the same thing man 😂 load the car up, if you can fit, u can come 😂
Was you crossing over via Tijuana?
He has a harness on. He’s completely fine. I hate when people are dramatic for no reason
He is not wearing it right, that grey part is supposed to go across your chest but he has it on his neck so if he falls he will crush his windpipe, if he doesnt do that then you see all the space the has inside the harness when he moved a lil? All that space means if he doesnt crush his windpipe he will fall out of the harness
You don't even have to have safety restraints in the back in a lot of places
In Canada, UK, and most states (I think 35 or 40, can't remember the number), modified seatbelts are illegal on public roads. 4 and 5 point harnesses are only allowed on the track. Also, it looks to me like he's not even sitting in a seat, so regardless, I'm willing to bet that, where he lives, what he's doing is very illegal.
@@Sideline1013 Here in Missouri no restraint whatsoever is required except in the front seats if the person is 18+, and even in the front seats its a secondary offense meaning it's not allowed to be used for a reason to stop you but they can give you a $10 fine if stopped for something else. This doesn't mean its a good idea but at least here that's the law.
Depends on the state in CT all passengers must be in seatbelts approved for that model car. Since there are no seats in the trunk there are no seatbelts approved for trunk use. Seatbelts are a secondary offense and can’t be the reason you are pulled over though. Not being in a seat is a primary and can be the reason you are pulled over then they can tack a $50 fee for lack of proper seatbelts
Literally a random pick up truck, “an undercover cop!!”
it’s not even undercover lmao, as they past the car you can see the police markings on the side of the truck.
Well technically there's got to be some kind of marking cuz true undercover is illegal
@@derekbell4758 no it’s not, how do you think undercover officers go around being undercover and drug scenarios with everybody knew they were cops
@colehiggins7090 illegally it's nothing new to them lol. But undercover work I believe would be a detective not a pig I mean cop.
@derekbell4758 Aren't you pleasant?
I don’t think anyone could look that guilty in their life 💀😭
“Holy shit that was close” as if the cop didn’t watch him taking pictures that entire time

Here is the explanation for anyone that is confused; it is illegal to take photos from the left lane while holding a camera with two hands when you were exposed to direct sunlight if you are a not driving in reverse.

And not only that but why does dude got that harness alll the way jacked up his junk in between his legs😂 look like his circulation is cut off😂😂😂
Idk even no why he is hiding what he is doing, he just taking photos lol

You can clearly see grill and dash lights as well as "Police" logos
The 2 vehicles he called out were cops. You can see the lights on the first 1 and the “police” tag on the truck
Bro looked so suspicious 😂
You were doing what? And why would a under cover cop give a crap.....?
Random car passing: 🚗 💨
This guy: Omg undercover cop!
the first car is obviously an unmarked vehicle, you can tell by the blatantly obvious light bars and singular lights on the front of the grille and the top and bottom of the windshield
They were both unmarked cop cars so he was right 😂
Do not understand the difference between undercover and unmarked?
unmarked is kinda like a ghosted car but undercover usually is a coo car looking like a normal vehicle my dad is a under cover cop he has a lime green Honda civic as his undercover

I guess it’s illegal to sit in a trunk
Same. What’s the illegal part? Ya only need seat belts in the front seat. Second row and back, it’s up to you if ya wanna fly out the car.
@@ladychierethat depends on where you are. In my state seat belts are required everywhere. However if you're over 18 you can ride in the back of a pick up.
