Very simple and basic rolls/nigiri/ingredients/sauces and kitchen equipment within a "sushi joint" (i have not seen sashimi yet) But the chef (owner) is very consistent, precise and works just solely on muscle memory(experience) at this caliber of basic "sushi" and has mastered the arts within his surroundings with making it almost possible he can do this blindfolded, while some watch in wtf amazment😂. Chef does everything from making most of the orders, garnish, packing and even delegating which delivery service it is for. If this isn't old footage from covid days, this is a money making ghost/virtual kitchen.(Hense with the simple work surroundings. He is saving huge amounts on overhead I have not read any descriptions on this channel (don't know which country too) so please understand if I have said something that is advertised :) I shall not look into it unless I don't get a reply from someone lol I feel the pain this man has with his feet, wrists and fingers. 🍣 🔪 Bravo bratan. As good a guess as there will ever be. Pretty much sums up what we are doing here. Basic rolls, clean and efficient kitchen and focus to deliver as fast as possible. We are in romania and even with this simple product we are one of the top restaurants in the city. Appreciate your comment, much love ❤️

Pretty much yes. We do only delivery and we tried to make it as simple as possible but to still have good flavour which is usually not there when you’re speaking about delivery. That’s why you don’t see all the fancy stuff you serve in restaurants since you can’t really jack the prices up as you would in restaurants , not in Romania at least. Would be more interesting if i could film restaurant style sushi but for now that’s not the case.

It’s surimi sticks that went trough a meat grinder mixed with japanese mayo. It’s more easy to work with when it’s in a bag 😉
