    Thank you so much for the video. This was very helpful. I bought a used vitacci gto 250cc. It seems to sometimes automatically go back to usually from 3rd or 4th gear. Do you know what the problem might be?

      Gear alignment issues. All came like that from factory. Mine was frequently shifting from 2nd to Neutral until the transmission went out.

    Thanks for the videos. Going to be using them as reference for the one I just ordered from Venom Motorsports. Kind of an impulse buy, hoping I’ll get at least a season or two out of it

      U should get more out of it if u do the other things. Also u can visit my website, I’ve included a similar manual that this bike resembles and u can do everything on that manual to maintain this bike. I’m pretty sure venom sends u a fake manual for this.
      Plz watch this vid: th-cam.com/video/8aABkCDhndM/w-d-xo.html It was made before this, and that should tell you everything you need to check before you start riding it. The model YY250T-6 is an illegal import and is made believed to be a 150cc so the spark plug description CR7 is not true. Like you will see a sticker on the bike that says gear oil, it’s also not true.

      I did mine a long time ago. Try these combinations. Long press. Double press. Press. Do that to any of the buttons and you should find the dash rhythm. The time is long press left to select a column then press right to increase. Then repeat long press to select the other column. Also there can be both buttons long press as well, forgot what that one does.

      Thanks, but these days I’m out of topic. Back when I rebuilt my GTS250 and have the Lifan V16, it didn’t take me 3 months until I had to do some works on the GTS, so it might take me couple of months for some real motorcycle contents because both bikes are working new. And the GTO is at 1148 miles so I need at least 3,000 more miles to perform some service and record it.
      I’m not in a rush, I’m a professional lol.

    • @Mr.FLOYDs
      @Mr.FLOYDs  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh n don’t play with the buttons too much. That dash is very cheaply made so those buttons may not work in the future. I had a similar scooter from JONWAY 150cc with a similar dash like that that didn’t work because I had to remove the battery a lot on starting issues for charging and putting it and adjusting the time. Thank God the bike has memory and once it’s set on MPH it stays there even when the battery is removed but as for the time it’s always 10:00 PM when restart lol.
      Again I’m not sure of this one but once u set it, don’t mess with it unless u really have to.

      @@Mr.FLOYDs that's pretty good and how easy are hard is it to find parts for it

    • @Mr.FLOYDs
      @Mr.FLOYDs  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No parts are available in the U.S. only through authorized JONWAY dealers and vendors. Some website that sells you this are authorized and others are not. Good news I’m an authorized JONWAY vendor (not a dealership), while I may not be able to get you the bike, I will be able to get you specific parts.
      People have asked for parts like, the 7 plate clutch, the EFI fuel pump because they broke theirs and trouble on running on one cylinder because of the spark boot. Those that pays have gotten their parts.
      Here’s a video of me upgrading the 7 plate clutch: th-cam.com/video/St2nQ1lqBwg/w-d-xo.html
      Another video of me fixing the waterpump weeping hole leak: th-cam.com/video/WH8ShbS4yAI/w-d-xo.html
      Another video of me rebuilding the engine with brand new gears: th-cam.com/video/OY9Jvbvs6M4/w-d-xo.html
      Or changing the middle right side case while building the engine: th-cam.com/video/OoAsEoBEBf4/w-d-xo.html
      As you can see they were all parts purchased for this bike. You can search Amazon, eBay or hell AliExpress, you won’t find any. Only through authorized dealers or vendors. So far, only through me. While I may not look like much here on TH-cam, I’m not a regular TH-camr showcasing this bike. I’m in fact the opposite.

    I see you didn't change the oil filer, on my bike it seems like the oil filter is in a really tuff spot, should I bother trying to change it? I dont know much about bikes but it seems like I'll have to take apart part of the engine to change the filter out. (I should have the same bike, its called a vitacci GTO 250 and seems to be a rename of the Jonway YY350)

    • @Mr.FLOYDs
      @Mr.FLOYDs  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I took the engine apart and there was no filter. Yes the old GTO who was once named Regal Raptor DD250 had the oil filter built inside the right side clutch and you would have to remove the cover, which is recommended to do by someone who built engine and not anybody who can temper around with tools. That process would required you to remove the whole oil pump assembly to get to that specific hidden filter. And even so it’s done every 4,000 miles not at 1,000 miles. And real oil filter on any motorcycle that provides it to change from the outside easily are done every 4-8000 miles periodically.
      I didn’t change the filter back then because I didn’t know the engine type, and when I found out about it, I realized I didn’t need to change it.

    Just wondering if you have problems with your chain being to tight? Mine came with a really tight chain and no room to loosen it.

    • @Mr.FLOYDs
      @Mr.FLOYDs  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @RyanStapp Every Chinese bikes ever! What the factory did is that they decreased on the link and force it to fit. On some real chain the tensel strength alone would damage the shaft or even the retainer clip but those tight Chinese chain stretches very fast and gets deformed even faster. My Lycan last 5k Miles and that’s me being gangster riding it with noise. I would suggest you change it and flip over the front sprocket and add a retainer clip 20mm on it. That’s on my next vid after this. Otherwise your chain is bound to fall off anytime before 600 miles.

    • @Mr.FLOYDs
      @Mr.FLOYDs  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @RyanStapp Order any X-Ring chains $50 and up with a tensel strength of 84k and the size is 530x108. I made a mistake and had gotten a 106 which I have to live with but I can’t adjust mine until the chain stretches which it won’t and it’s exactly 20mm slack which is the recommended slack but if u order 108 you can measure the slack from 20-30mm play and install it loose. The bike came with a 105. That’s how I ended up buying the 106 otherwise if I had to do this over again I would have bought a 108 link. 530x108 X-Ring. And remembered to subscribe to my channel. I need people like u n u need more content like these. The next video is that chain replacements.
