      Yes Ab, I think of injera as coming from Ethiopia and now I know it is referred to as East Africa.

      Yes, I'm being educated about Africa. When I look at the map it looks like Ethiopia is in the north. I now know it's East Africa. I just like to know what people all over the world are cooking and I love to try it all! If you have another recipe recommendation for me to use teff flour let me know.

      Yes, teff is great! I've never cooked it as a grain. There are always so many recipes to try. Thanks for the comment.

      Yeiks, didn't I say teff was from Ethiopia? That's the main connection I've always made with injera bread from a local Ethiopian restaurant. Sorry if I missed the mark but my focus is to help people use the gluten free flours available and find what works best for them.

    Currently use it to make porridge. Mix with finger millet... add some lemon and enjoy.❤

      Sorry for the delay but by chance I just bought millet, the grain. This week I'm making millet pilaf, millet risotto and I will also try it as porridge. Thanks for that!

    Let me save you trouble: she says North Africa, should be East Africa-no need to comment about that again. 😌

      Hi Dreaming Cat Studio! I smile every time I see your "no need to reply" message but TH-cam insists of telling me to reply. So today I'm replying to say thank you for answering on my behalf. :)

      Hi Claudine! Teff flour is unique and it goes well with anything that has hints of coffee or mocha. I use it in chocolate chip cookies and brownies.

    Teff is the only Ethiopian indigenous grain used to bake Enjera!

    • @everydayglutenfreegourmet6242
      @everydayglutenfreegourmet6242  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for sharing, that’s what I always thought. These day people create recipes with so many different flour combos it’s hard to know what authentic really is.
