Oh my God!!! You made a play list for this!!! Thank you so much!!! God bless you! I’ve been trying to lose weight but this amala and rice won’t let me be great, so I’ve been everywhere searching for “replacements” And you’re really really coming through for me
anything close garri tasting alternatives? Salt was tempting me to add it to my cauliflower swallow 🤣I don't know, I just might try fermenting it. I just wish it was heavier ;(
I stumbled on this and i just felt like trying it.....your instructions were so simple and calm...funny enough i couldnt get that paste until i added water,,,well i just took it to the fire and stirred in my psyllum husk 3table spoon and it thickened, it was so soft and nice and it had no funny taste...i enjoyed and thank you so much ,i think i need a hand blender also. Please i am a bread foodie and i need to get off carbs before i kill myself what can i do to get that bread feel....thanx
Which do you think tastes better with any soup cauliflower, Aubergine or cabbage fufu? Also does the psyllium just add any taste to them? I am really scared to use psyllium husks cos i heard it tastes nasty.
I haven't found any that works as well. i have tried experimenting with some other easier accessible fibre binding agents. The best was flaxseed but the swallow will not draw. I will make a short video soon. x

Weldone chichi...you are doing a great job. Can I microwave it when I take it out of the refrigerator or freezer?
Yes dear. 1 minute usually is fine fore me. If you freeze it, bring it out to thaw... then microwave for 1minute when you are ready to eat it.

I've tried carrot pulp fufu and cabbage fufu...both with psyllium husk.
Both were delicious...
Please is there an alternative for the Psyllium husk?
I still have not found anything that works as well and as fast.
Have you tried Xanthan Gum?
what exactly u use this for? i know it is food but how to eat it? can u make a video on that please.
Seriously im curious. No disrespect intended k.
Salimah Suhaimi comparable to Rice so you can use it as a rice substitute to be eaten with stew, sauces, or soup.
