Baby's First Bloodborne Farming

I remember the days of farming the first area. This game is a masterpiece.

learn how to use your pistol to parry, if you shoot an enemy just before they attack they will stagger and youll hear a "ping" (provided you timed it right) and if you walk up to them and press right bumper you can do a visceral attack that does mega damage, really good for killing annoying enemies like those beasts
not all enemies can be parried, mostly smaller enemies and humanoid things, but i dont think youll have to worry about any that cant be parried until youre a bit further
you can also get enemies into this stunned state if you manage to hit them from a behind with a charged heavy attack and some bosses will auto stagger after you damage a part enough(like a leg or something)

My friend told me to try parrying on the brick trolls so that's what I'm doing so far! I got one visceral on the cleric beast by shooting its head a few times and it was very satisfying lol
