There are so many women who have kept abortions a secret. Thank you for sharing you experiences with abortion. It takes alot of courage to come forward and speak about it.

As a man I tell my sons to be chaste. Don't ever make the women walk the walk of shame. Be courageous, be pure, wait on the Lord. I want my children to live the truth in love and to understand that chastity is not frigidity, it's proper affection. The real choice is freely chosing your spouse on your wedding day and knowing you love her so much you want to replicate her in your children. To see her eyes and her smile in them. I'm not some perfect man and I was raised in that generation where lust and stupidity came together. The message was, don't get married and don't have children. What a lie. And how stupid I was to believe it until I met my wife. A women of grace and courage. After our first child they would always try and scare us. "Your chiild has an 80% chance of having a genetic defect, do you want genetic counseling?" My wife would say to the doctor, "for what?" and then, this wonderful women, my wife said, " It doesn't matter, this child is a gift that God gave to us and God gives us the best."

Women like her have been lied to and brain washed about what they are really aborting. They are told it is not a baby yet. They are lied to about if they feel pain, if they have a heart beat, brain function, arms, legs, fingers and toes... they do not know what they are really doing. She didn't have any clue until she had an ultrasound what she had really done.
This is one of the good ones who came to truth. Now she is trying to help other people with her story.

I love that Mom. So glad she found the truth. I didn't make my choice, I was only 16 and my Mom arranged the abortion and I delivered a baby that was dead. I wanted to put it in my pocket and run, but it was too late to save my baby. I carried that guilt many years until I finally was able to give it to the Lord. After all, I have 6 kids living today by birth and adoption and I love them all dearly.

Thank you for sharing your story. My husband and I got pregnant with our surprise 8 months ago. We have a nearly 18 month old son who we had to try to conceive for 3 years, so this was truly unexpected (we took precautions not to get pregnant again so quickly). I have had mixed feelings about this pregnancy. I have never had an abortion but I can see why misguided, uninformed women might choose that if the pregnancy is unintended. My next little blessing is almost here and I still feel a bit overwhelmed by the thought of 2 under 2. Your testimony really helped, though. God doesn't make mistakes and if I can just see beyond the next few years... Yes, the next couple years might be trying but this little life will be amazing to witness as he grows. It truly already has been.

I'm only 14 but I would never get an abortion (I'm also smart enough to not have sex, only when I am in like my 20s). My aunt is a teenage mother, she may have been terrible choices in the past and now, but she kept her son. My father had a daughter (who I hate with my entire being. She refuses to see my father and after so many tries to be there for her, he gave up) when he was a teen. Then my parents started just fucking then while she was pregnant with me, they got together. She did have a miscarriage before me, and four after. One of my brother's would of had a twin, she miscarriaged it. She would of had 11 kids.

Thank you so much for your vulnerability in sharing your life story. At 17, single, and silly, I opted to keep my baby. Tomorrow that amazing husband, firefighter, EMT, contractor, artist, and father of four turns 42 years old... Seldom do we stop to consider the mere human potential housed within a womb; let alone God’s gift of LIFE. Two years ago my husband of forty years and I were priveleged to walk with a young mother through the incredible journey of adoption. Life is a privelege when viewed from any angle. Children ARE a blessing, regardless of conception circumstances. Their love softens our hearts, if only we will allow ourselves to be changed by it...

I know what she means about acting out. I had an abortion as a young woman, not a believer, just no real thought about it I wasn't with the father, he never even knew. Someone had told me it wasn't a baby until you were 3 months along. After that I went through a period of acting out drinking, pot and promiscuity. I learned later that is common and really your body and soul are fighting your mind, the body wants a baby and your soul is sick. I didnt get it until I became a Christian 10 years later was married and was trying to conceive I was in the shower one morning and was just overwhelmed with grief. I sobbed and was in absolute agonyGod was gracious and I got pregnant right after that. My eldest son was born 3 weeks early on a Christmas Day. I have always felt that was a Christmas gift from God and proof of His grace and forgiveness.

It's always hard to determine a person's intent or perspective. Her using phrases like "unwanted pregnancy" appears to tell she does not see it as a sin or her part in it. I applaud her for not killing her child that was overlooked once she found out what had happened. Praise the Lord she saw that child as a person, not "a bag of cells" as many call an unborn child. I pray she has or will repent and ask forgiveness for her sins and be born again in Christ Jesus.

Abortion claims many victims. After a mother aborts her child she too ‘dies’. We should all be sick to our stomachs with how abortion is contextualised today. It is advocated as being a basic human right & somehow tied in with being being a function of a healthy democracy. As a society we are all sick and we only have ourselves to blame. As tragic as this story is it also demonstrates God’s great mercy. Hope in the face of great despair, let’s not lose sight of that very important message.

Just a well-rehearsed TED talk because she wants people to look up to her.

Until you are facing that choice, you can't say a damned thing. I was against abortion until my best friend had one. She was carrying a fetus with grave medical conditions that shouldn't have let it survive in utero. She had to abort during the week of Christmas, and had a nervous breakdown. I couldn't reach her for months. Later, she had two more healthy babies. I would never scorn her for aborting. It was the only choice she felt she had. She never wanted to abort. That experience was humbling. I had fertility problems. My pregnancies weren't easy, and I worried a great deal. What I didn't know was how hard my pregnancies were on my mother. She nearly died delivering me. She was terrified that I would die in delivery. I pray that you are NEVER in that situation.

Praise God for your first-hand experience that will help some people I'm sure make the decision not to have an abortion. Praise God I learned I was pregnant with my daughter 27 years ago at a Planned Parenthood and the person that I spoke with was not pressuring me to have an abortion. As a matter of fact she scooted right past my first two options, one being an abortion and the second option putting my baby put up for adoption. She watched my face for reaction, and when she got to health care and keeping the baby she could see that that was the choice that I wanted to make, she knew just by my face. That's what we went on to discuss, and that's what happened. I can promise everyone that there will never be a time that you look back and regret having a baby, but I can promise you if you have an abortion, you will look back and regret having an abortion.

Thank you for sharing your story. I also had an abortion at the age of 16 and regretted it immediately. I was ill informed by the women in my life. I had 2 children and then had my tubes tied after a divorce as to not have to face an unwanted pregnancy. Now both are adults and great parents themselves. I named my aborted baby, Willow, I do not know if it was a male or female. Willow because of the "weeping" willow and Willow for a girl and Will for a boy. I have struggled with emotions from that decision for many years. I am 49 years old now. I am also a follower of Christ. I am a grand mom of 4 little ones. I pray we as a nation support our women in having their babies with love, compassion and financial assistance. NO..I do NOT mean paying for a woman to have 4/5 babies with 4/5 baby daddy's...JS I BELIEVE WE SHOULD SUPPORT NO SEX BEFORE MARRIAGE, OLD SCHOOL WAYS, BIBLICAL WAYS of LIVING..problem solved...

Yes, look back in regret. No one should think God wanted babies murdered in sin JUST so the mother can be a minister to crisis pregnancy young women later. God won’t waste sin if we want to help others avoid the same sin later, but sin is never part of God’s plan to use Christians later. People like to justify their divorce or child murder or drug addiction etc by saying it was all part of God’s plan...basically blaming God for their sin. The 2nd sin of humanity was blaming God. He is a redeemer, not a sin planner.

I wish there was a way to connect young women dealing with unintended pregnancies to the older women who waited too long or just can't conceive, because I have to believe that there are many of us who would financially support a young lady through her pregnancy and arrange to legally adopt the baby. Private adoptions are one of the only ways to be able to adopt in a reasonable timeframe. Many women like me would do anything to have the gift of motherhood, but the adoption and foster systems are stacked against us. There really are not any babies or even young children available for adoption in my area in the U.S. If anyone reading this knows of a resource that connects adoptive parents to pregnant women and girls, please let me know. So far, my attempts to navigate this have been futile.

KidCity Lynnwood, I was an atheist for 17 years but have repented and put my faith in Christ Jesus. I too did not like abortion as an atheist. However, I had (and you have) no authority to base that judgement. Although I never understood this at the time, but atheists have no moral authority. If we are a random blob of cells in a random explosion, we have no moral high ground to judge anything as right or wrong. It just is. Think about this for a moment.
Regarding Christians judging others, there is a bit of confusion in the translation of scripture. A judge has the authority to condemn and punish. Using scripture to show another their evil ways is not a means of judgement in the Biblical sense. When Jesus intervened when an adulterer woman was in front of a crowd, they weren't only berating the woman of her sins, they were readying themselves to carry out her death sentence by stoning her. Jesus reminded them of their sins to stop them. We are commanded as followers of Christ to discern. Discernment sometimes means holding another accountable. That doesn't mean we are sentencing anyone. Only Jesus will be taking that ultimate role on judgement day. We should be wary of hypocrisy, though.
Atheism is a belief system based on rejecting God. Whether you admit it or not, there is only one Truth and our Father has given us the most amazing gift of all… Grace. Jesus died with the burden of our sins on the cross, was buried and rose from the grave on the 3rd day. I denied this for much of my life and pretended atheism and Scientism held all the answers. I was so wrong. I spent 8 years seeking the truth, when I was given the opportunity. It ultimately led me to the one Truth, that is, our Lord Jesus Christ.
I don't expect you to understand or accept this on face value. Blind faith in anything is ignorant, whether in believing there is no God or He exists. Investigate and let the evidence show you the way. Only then can you have real trust in your beliefs. Cheers.

@@strangetimes5724 I am not an "injured sou"l thank you. Your religious views are yours, the rest of the world may not follow the same guru. I find it ignorant that anyone would follow any teachings that are exclusionary, it seems rather "unchristian" in my opinion. I am medically trained, worked 10 years in Labor and delivery and for an obstetrician. I don't think she needs forgiveness unless that is what she wants and needs to get closure. She was simply young and making some bad choices, maybe undeducated. She had three abortions, no judgment. My personal opinion is that she needed birth control more than she needed a bible. No baby is swimming so fast they can not get an image. I am glad she had an epiphany and she feels that her faith had something to do with that, if it is important for her personal healing, but in telling this story she is obviously still in denial. It was no ones fault she was getting pregnant but her own and the partners she was having unprotected sex with. In this story she blames her second abortion on her first (listen again). She is trying to resolve guilt by making herself "chosen" that is not forgiveness that is shifting responsibility. No doctor at any clinic tells a woman, "meh you are having some bleeding anyway lets go into the other room and knock this abortion out" Not the way it works. If Ultrasound was available (and it sounds like it was) it would have been utilized to determine not only the gestational age but to see if there was any other issues, fibroids, tumors, etc. This is a story meant to frighten women and prove that "God" had a hand in all of this, when really it was an incomplete D&C mixed with a little magical thinking. No problem with magical thinking until you start to believe that your Deity has made you "special" and now you go on to work in a clinic that tries to shame girls into keeping pregnancies instead of offering on birth control and education on how to prevent unwanted pregnancy. These clinics are staffed with fundamentalist church going women with a bible, some dollar store pregnancy tests and determination. I find it offensive that they are not medically trained and are not degreed therapists or social workers. Having a testimony does not make you skilled clinician (no matter what title you give yourself) it doesn't make you qualified to give medical or mental health advice and it can lead to damage intended or not. I do not believe that showing a woman a 5 week old sac and heartbeat in an attempt to guilt them out of a procedure is kind. Again I am not injured I am human.

I personally believe abortion is legalized pre-meditated murder. God never said not to abort babies. He said thou shall not murder. Abortion is legalized pre-meditated murder. Abortion is not self-care or birth control, it is murder. God is the giver of life and only God should be able to decide when life ends. You have to realize these clinics make money killing babies. Abortion is an expensive form of “birth control” that keeps their doors (abortion clinics) open. But I find it very hypocritical when someone who is against animal cruelty yet promotes pro-choice at the same time.

Progesterone didn't affect him in the way in which they worry it will...he is very masculine & already likes girls (lol). I had to take a smaller dosage of progesterone than what is usually given in such instances because it gave me seemingly dangerous heart palpitations so maybe that is why it did not have this affect on him. Only writing this comment so other women with similar issues might try it.

What they don't tell you at the abortion clinic are the chances of carrying a full term baby go down with each abortion. Sometimes you can't get pregnant. My first daughter came at 32 weeks, my water broke, could happen to anyone, she had problems yet has been a healthy child and mother to two children of her own. Her sister was born at 29 weeks, due to early labor, even after 3 days of trying to stop my labor, due to my placenta tearing I had to deliver her. They never can tell you why you can't carry full term. I was just thankful that at 16 I thought I was pregnant and would have had a abortion without even thinking about it, then I would have forever blamed myself for my preemies. Each pregnancy is a gift, no guarantee promise.. Giving the gift of life to your baby is the best thing you can do, even if you can't keep them, they will know their mother loved them enough to give birth.

I don’t know how she can live with herself. Once as a child you may possibly understand but not at 19 or 29, in my opinion. I was married and pregnant at 19, but with or without a husband I would have had that child. Eight years later I had a second planned pregnancy of twins but one of my babies died naturally in the womb. I would have done anything to change that. After four healthy babies but four miscarriages I am grateful. I could never gave an abortion as I’ve had loss.
The sad thing is that initial bleeding was probably normal, it was probably the babies embedding. How sad that Roman will never know his twin, I wounded if he feels loss or a part missing? He may well protect his mother from this. It is my personal opinion if God does exist that I do not think he would support aborting a baby, especially not a healthy one with no risk to life.

I am so thankful to have baby sat babies and small children younger than myself when I was only 8 years old. I have valued LIFE for all of my days. Babies need adults to speak up for them since they have no voice and are powerless to defend themselves. Even in the womb this little boy knew his twin was no longer there and his own life was in jeopardy. That's why he was moving around so fast that they could not get a proper scan.

I am happy that you turned your (D&E)'s into victories. (D&E)'Dilation and evacuation is the term for an abortion. Dilation and curettage (D&C) is a procedure to remove tissue from inside your uterus. Doctors perform dilation and curettage to diagnose and treat certain uterine conditions - such as heavy bleeding - or to clear the uterine lining after a miscarriage or abortion.

Back in the early 1980s when I would go in for my regular exam (like women do) I remember the doctors would tell me that if I ever got pregnant they'd be happy to do a D&C on me. Apparently this happened with other friends of mine when they'd go in for their regular exams. We were teenagers back then. None of us were there for any sexual nature problems but D&C's seemed to be pushed by ob/gyn's. We didn't have the internet to look this information up on and we didn't know what a D&C was. I never asked because I didn't plan on getting pregnant. I completely forgot about this until I watched this video and I'm really angry the ob doctors were pushing abortions back then. They called it D&C's and never D&E's.

    • @LW-ej6id
      @LW-ej6id 3 ปีที่แล้ว

@@psychedelicpython Same procedure, different name. They call it a D&C when it is an unintended thing now...like with a missed miscarriage. Even now, they seem rather eager to suggest this. I had unwanted bleeding with my son and it was suggested I might need a D&C. I didn't end up needing that...he is a healthy 18 mo. They, generally, do ultrasounds now to confirm this but I could see this as a go-to procedure back then.

God prefers mercy over judgement. He protected the first murderer, Cain. Moses, David and Paul were all murderers, yet God used them mightily when they repented. He devises ways to bring estranged sons (and daughters) back to their Father. Is murder worse than lying, gossip, pride or slander in God's eyes? Freely we have been given grace, freely we should give the same to others, for with the same cup we measure it out, so it will be measured back to us.

@Justyna Stefania I. Genesis 4:15--God protected Cain. James 2:13, Matthew 9:13, Hosea 6:6--Mercy trumps judgement. 2 Samuel 14:14--God devises ways to restore the banished sons. Luke 6:37, Matthew 18:32-33, Matthew 5:7--Judgement is not our job, it is God's. When we judge others, we are in very dangerous territory. If you read my original statement carefully, you will see a period after "Cain" and before "Moses, David and Paul". We are told that God showed mercy to Cain, it is none of our jobs to decide what Cain's eternal disposition is (1 Corinthians 4:5), but he lived several centuries and that is a long time in which to mature and repent. And blaming him for every murder since is not scriptural, we are each held accountable for our own actions. Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, (Romans 8:1); I want to work on God's team showing mercy not condemnation. Satan is the accuser, why would I want to do his work for him? Jesus life and words show God's wrath on religious, judgemental, unmerciful, unforgiving people (Matthew 18, Luke 6 are just two of the many examples), every human has been given every bit as much grace over our self-righteous pride as any woman who has had an abortion. What pride to think we are somehow better! How could any of us sit in judgement?

Will this doctor told this woman she lost a baby and she was going to do a D&C you know to get out what she didn't expel and the doctor would have done a damn ultrasound the first place the first child may not have died but we don't know maybe she was losing the one child and that's why she was bleeding and to sacrifice one the other one survived I know a lady that was pregnant with twins and her body absorbed one of them when the doctor told her it's sometimes that happens but we don't know in this case maybe she was you know losing this baby I blamed the doctor

Thank you for this. I am 49 years old with my tubes tied. I was assaulted by a family member many times, but this time I got pregnant. The doctors say I will never carry to term. But God says it’s going to be healthy triplets. God also said he doesn’t need any help to give me a miracle. God said sex is not what causes babies. God said sex would only result in a stillbirth if He didn’t give it a soul. God told me every animal and plant and human child that ever germinated or gestated on this planet is divinely given a soul and a spirit. Thank you for your beautiful story.

If you are thinking about aborting your baby just know that it is murder in the eyes of the Lord. You should use an alternative like putting your baby up for adoption. There are many people who need children and will take care of your unwanted baby.
Jesus offers salvation, peace, and hope to all who call on him. If you have heavy burdens, Jesus will carry them for you. No matter the pain and suffering you have been through in life, trust in Jesus for a brighter tomorrow. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Hi Julia, it's true that her story is upsetting to many. Sin is a horrible thing, it literally separates us from God. This is what sin looks like, you know what else it looks like? Lying, cheating, gossiping, not loving your neighbor more than yourself etc. God loves us more than we can ever truly know. Lamentations 3:23 says "Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning." Her son may not feel any ill feelings towards his mother, but in turn, feel great compassion for her, and grateful to be a living testament to how great God is! This beautiful woman could have continued to abort her babies, but she eventually did see the error of her ways. And how amazing it is that because of her own personal tragedies, she's now able to help counsel and encourage others who find themselves in the same situations. That's God, that's beauty, that's redemption! 💕😄 May you and your twin grandbabies be forever blessed and covered by the Lord. 🙏🏽💓

Yes she should have learned her lesson after her teenage years. She was a grown woman and decided to do this. I don’t agree with what she did as a adult, however I am not God, and neither are any of you! She has to deal with her relationship with the lord. She shouldn’t have to live his horrible life of guilt and depression because you judgmental people feel she should live in misery after her horrible choice.

Oh honey, none of us stand before Him without stain. Thank the Good Lord that 2000 year ago our sins were forgiven just for asking. Hers, yours... mine! Oh mine... I wouldnt want to pay the price for my sins. I bet you dont either. But out of the poor choices she made came a wonderful woman who has saves so many unborn babies by sharing her story with young women who are scared, feeling unsure and alone. Then hearing the words of truth from someone who has been in her shoes.
