    I truly love your videos and coaching tutorials.
    You’re the most effortlessly elegant rope jumper on TH-cam.
    And RA ropes are without a doubt my favourite speed (and heavy) ropes on sale today.
    TBH when I started jumping age 58 in lockdown #1 I - my health club was shut and my PT clients online with me - I went straight to Crossrope as I knew no better.
    And they’re good, no doubt.
    But as soon as I came across RA ropes and your channel, and got my first money rope, I’ve not looked back!
    It was bright red (red is well known to be the fastest colour with us Italians!) and is still going strong!
    Just today for example I did 40x1min sets on 15sec rest, all using that red rope!
    Trying to nail Drum’N’Bass rhythms (88Bpm equates to 176 RPM) and I’m on my LIMIT!!!!
    Each minute feels like an eternity.
    But 40min later I’ve burned off nearly 1000Calories.
    Boom!
    Best of all, I’m starting to look a bit slicker, thanks to your tutorials.
    Hey - would you do a series on your followers again?
    Get a few of us to send you clips of themselves jumping and you give us some (hopefully constructive!) criticism?
    I remember you did a few like this in the day…
    I’d love to hear you pick apart my defects…

    How much does any of this change for weighted and beaded ropes? I feel like if I don't exaggerate my hand motions just a little more than you do, the rope will hit itself or end up with a weird wave motion as it twists/whips that will throw me off. Maybe I need to just bite the bullet and get a speed rope to experiment with. Edit: Also, this seems more of an issue with side swings than crossovers. For crossovers there just seems to be a minimum speed requirement with the weighted rope to overcome the momentum it needs to twist at the end (middle I guess) of the rope, since it's less flexible. I also think I might bend too much or lower my hands too much crossing them downwards a little and it makes the rope hit too far in front of me and drag? Unsure.

    • @blaiseducdaumont1280
      @blaiseducdaumont1280 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think you're making it too hard for yourself using a heavy rope or a beaded rope. Too much weight! (You're not going to get the whip sound). You really want to try the Money Rope 2.0 for side swings.

    • @arvandor6820
      @arvandor6820 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@blaiseducdaumont1280 I've since gotten a hang of it. My issue was actually just not opening my hand enough, or whipping the wrist back into position enough to get the rope to follow all the way over. I can do it with all of my ropes. Not being in EU, there's no way I'd ever spend the bucks on a money rope, I like my SRS speed rope just fine!
