Great chanels great clases and teachers. But why the idea of using a block to do vrkasana o ardha chandrasana¿cant get it
It was to bring the focus to the hip of the standing leg, it tends to pop out when we move into balance.
Which leg forward
My hip is shaky now just from practicing keeping it toned! Adaptation is not necessarily improvement. Ha. Often not in my life!
