Depends on which method of soft set/honey being used. We do a set heather blend in the creamer which is fantastic and then use it to set OSR/apple honey. Dyce method is OK but need tight temp controls to get crystal size correct
Is there any way to speed up crystallisation process of the seed honey, ? Just about to take off my first super and was wanting to put a few jars to one side to crystallise ready for creamed honey. Cheers in advance,
Not that I am aware of. 14c seems to be the optimum for crystals to form. Some honey next crystallises. Some seems to go off overnight. OSR in the mix certainly helps

Nice review! Does this machine work for/with your heather honey as well? Also do you have to preheat the honey to rid it of larger crystals?
