I am 71, and have enjoyed this so much. When I was about 14, there was a lady coin dealer in Stroudsburg, Pa. I learned so much from her..I would always buy one or two Morgan's from her. This reminds me of those days so long ago!!
The ring on minute 21 of the video is called a signet ring. It is pretty old. The concave design on it is so it can be pressed on wax to letters so that no one opens them on the way. If the recipient find the wax seal broken which can be redone by the culprit, he would know that someone opened the leather or the package. Rich influential people had those custom-made to be their own signatures.
😎🇺🇲🇵🇷🇲🇽 I'm watching you on Saturday. The 18th of May, if I come up to spring hill, ¿ Can I buy a raffle ticket in your shop? Because I'll be leaving florida before you have your show at the church?
Coin guy is like the old corner store owner back in the late 70's, early 80's where as a kid you bring in a handful of soda bottles for 10 cents each and raid the penny candy aisle!😂
Hey guys ( and guy ) , I'm a new watcher and i can't get enough ! Guy reminds me of a grandpa I wish I had , i could see guy as mike bradys dad on brady bunch good holesome fun thank u for all the videos ... sooo entertaining.
I like Guy. He has a great shop. His love of the hobby shows quite well. I live too far away to get there but who knows it could happen. Peace love & stardust. TomCat
Wow, I’m so excited seeing all these beautiful coins and jewelry. I would like to have several of those Israeli coins. That’s the first time seeing any and learning the percentage of silver in them. Interesting. Thanks
I very much enjoy the coin guy! Hey, Speg, I picked up 4 silver nickels at my local coin shop last week. 3 1945's and one 1943. I didn't know about them till one of your recent videos and wanted a few so picked some up with my last visit to get some more silver. Yes! Buy what you can, when you can.
A great Video, I can remember when a Kruggerand cost £220 in the UK. Always a pleasure to tune in for the Great Man. I totally agree with everything the coin guy said, my parents do not understand what has happened to the world, they had a prosperous life and they did not have the issues younger people have to deal with today. Coin Guy is correct.
Hey Speg, did you see the news last weekend, a Dutch silver 25 cents from 1891 is sold on a auction for over a million Euro's? It was the highest bid on a Dutch coin ever. Only 2 were minted of them with the portait of the 10 year old young queen Whilhelmina. The other coin is in the Vault of the Dutch central bank. Does Mr. Guy knows something about this, could you ask him? Cheers and keep up the amazing vids.
New fan here, just discovered your channel. Great take in the precious metal market's. LOVE those Morgan's! I hope to visit your shop this summer when me & the Mrs tour Florida. God Bless 🇺🇸
At about the 21 minute mark, I noticed among the jewelry pieces what appeared to be a US Navy Academy ring. I'm sure about Navy, just not sure about whether it was an academy ring. I graduated from the US Military Academy (West Point), and we have a committee that tries to find graduate's rings and reunite them (either with the owner or their family), based on each one having the graduate's name inscribed inside the ring. I'm pretty sure the US Naval Academy has a similar program, and would appreciate knowing who's ring this is if it is a US Naval Academy ring.
I always love the Coin Guy conversations. I'm not surprised that a lot of folks can't afford a full ounce of gold. Right now neither can I. Thank you, Speg!
Watching from malaysia Sir. Newly subsricibe your channel. All information are very important for us to know the current condition for collector. Keep on rocking Sir. GOD BLESS YOU SIR..
The video on You Tube said 15 TO 20 (1863) $20 gold pieces. The guy who found them took his time and found the right Numistatic to grade. Sent them to PCGS and had certified. Worth Millions. Great watch
Collecting coins as a hobby is one thing, but buying gold or silver coins or bars as an inflation hedge or survival tool needs to be thought through. This coin dealer makes the point at (11:30) explaining the $2,400 Krugerrand, "no one can afford it". When the sh__ its the fan, who's going to buy it from you or what can you buy with it? Are you going to accept cash in exchange or in change?
Why do we have no coinshops in the Netherlands anymore? I watch silver and gold videos everyday, but we have no shop where you can see coins, compare different years etc. We have to buy on a website.
I love how pops walks around with his little .38 revolver on his right hip. That’s a store owner making it clear you come in to try some BS he will get some rounds off.,,
Hi Speg and Coinguy! I saw that Kentucky hoard news. The guy sold the vast majority of it. For what? Fiat? I also thought now it would change the population and values of other coins. ~ Still following you from Colorado. Disney Artist Girl
My go to when the price of PMs are going crazy, is numismatic coins. During an upswing in PMs have purchased Carson City's, Bust Dollar, 09s vdb, and recently a 21 d dime. Guy should definitely be in the top 100.
That intro....bro....that intro.... 🤪🤪🤪 Guy said Edjumacation....LOL Menedez had 1 million in gold kilo bars found in his house and safety deposit box. God Bless America
2 hour old video, gold is up $42.89 to $2,425 and silver finally broke $31. Funny, I'm more concerned of my cash sitting in a CD making 5%, will it still be there at the end of the year?
I’m really curious on what the price of silver is going to be this Monday. With the price of silver being 31.56. my guess it will continue to go up and up in price.
"People need money", ain't that the truth. Hear so many stories that Americans don't have 400 saved for an emergency, dunno how much truth to that. Nice selection of coins he has there. Well, Memorial Day weekend coming, have a good one from a guy who served 20.
I have a penny with a price of tape sticking it to s old price of stationary and her name is Elizabeth Regina which means Queen Elizabeth can I let you look at it I need to get some new choppers mine is about ready to retire lol
Just looking at this for the first time and he was very very interesting to hear and listen to regarding his coins. These shows make me more aware of the fakes out there in society. Also, with the rising value of gold it goes to show how if you have an ounce you may not be able to sell it for fiat currency.

WE LOVE YOU. IM AT WORK IN AUTOMOTIVE FACTORY. SPREADING THE GOOD WORD OF SILVER AND GOLD
You might not want to do that. Now your coworkers know you probably have gold and will rob you. It's better to keep that secret.
Coin guy is like the old corner store owner back in the late 70's, early 80's where as a kid you bring in a handful of soda bottles for 10 cents each and raid the penny candy aisle!😂

“Can’t sell an ounce of gold” I’ve been hearing that everywhere.. what good is high spot prices if no one’s buying?
Online dealers will buy.
Feeling good about the situation on market!
Our dollar is crashing. Our country is divided. The world hates us. Bad things are on the horizon. This market is just a precursor.
Settle down and get back to work, you've got taxes to pay!
If I ever get to Fl im heading to Guy! Talk some politics and coins and pick up some goodies!
Sounds like a fun trip! Make it happen 😊

Wenn I'll pass alway or even worse, my collection is going to get sold for at least silver value. My relatives know about rare dates and mintmarks
That green ring looks like a pool table, maybe it's a billiard ring?
