In 2023, this is the best looking car out there right now imo. Its a very beautiful design. Honda hit a grand slam with this 2023 design. Lots of people comment on how good it looks and its the very first thing that they say about this vehicle.

Looks awesome! This was the first thing I did when I got the car. I have the white sport touring which I love with the black look but seeing your gray makes me regret not getting this color. That gray and black looks super clean!

Car looks SWEET!! Does the hyper dip & vinyl require any special treatment when washing? I imagine you’re hand washing your car. I wouldn’t mind see a video of your process. What you spray on & where. What you leave, what you let air dry etc. Thanks!
Great Idea. Ill make a Wash video! Definitely hand wash. The only prep for the dip and vinyl was wiping with rubbing alcohol to clean. You dont want water 24 hrs prior to hyperdip

Well done. Looks great. I want to do this with a red model. How much of this can you get done if you special order from Honda? Roof rails, window covers, spoiler, and a few emblems blacked out Honda will install. I wonder if they can do the chrome as well...
They charge absurd installation fees... They wanted $200 to install my floor mats. aka toss them on the car floor.. If you have some time you could probably save $1000 .. make a weekend hobby. If cash is no object. they can do all you listed. then you can tint windwos and chrome delete at most auto tint shops.
Do you have any tips for installing the extended spoiler? Mine has a gap between it and the tail light I can't figure out.

Its a little harder. But doable. You need the 2x5 sheet in my description. Place it over the whole window. Then cut. Gotta press down and find the edges. I did a rough cut. Then percise one

Would definitely love to know how you did the front emblem. Have you noticed any issue with the radar that’s behind it now that it’s darker? Love the way it looks! I just had my front grill and emblem replaced as I had bumped into a pole and cracked them both unfortunately. Would have for sure been cheaper if I had your skills.

So far no issues with radar. But will keep testing before I drop the link for tint and a how to video!
Did you do vinyl or plastidip? I want to plastidip both front and back but I’m afraid it will mess up the radar.

What were your reasons for not using HyperDip on the window chrome and instead used the vinyl tape?
Probably would work just as well! I just found it to be easier for me to use sheet vinyl.
I mainly used hyperdip because the logos are too intricate for a sheet vinly. But the window trim is basically a rectangle. So it was way faster to sheet vinyl it. 10 min compared to 3 -4 hrs of waiting for multiple coats of hyperdip to set.
Finally got mine today! Meteorite grey. Scheduled my chrome delete, window tints, and ceramic coating in June!

Really love the look. May I ask how hard it was removing and re-attaching the emblems? Is it a pain to remove that window trim? How durable is the HyperDip? Lastly what color model is that?
I didnt remove anything. Hyperdip! Check my other videos. Pretty easy to do. Excess peels of perfectly around the edges. Color is Metorite metallic grey

I am breaking my head when it comes to be prepared for a tire emergency. So much time wasting thinking in what to do best for capability/practicality/space taking.
For now I ordered PITTSBURGH PRO 1/2 in. Drive Extendable Ratchet, which is cheap and awesome since it takes no much space and can convert to a breaker bar to remove lug nuts and also tight them. Basically with the 12" inch rachet you would hold the wheel when it is in the air and make it as tight as possible. Then lower the tire to the ground and give it a quarter extra turn with the extended breaker bar. That will give you a pretty accurate 80, 85 pounds or so for the lug nuts, until you have access to a torque wrench.
I also got this DAKCOS 19mm Impact Lug Nut Socket, 1/2 inch Drive, With Protective Sleeves,CR-MO which is a protective socket so the wheel doesn't get damaged. Every time I used regular sockets I ended up scratching the wheels, no matter how careful I was.
Then I also got the ABN 3 Ton Electric Hydraulic Jack - Automatic Emergency Lift for All Cars, Vans, Trucks, SUVs, which is the best for an emergency, size wise for this car.
I might get something else, no idea. I wish I could talk to a Honda engineer to see if occupying the empty space near the battery is possible without affecting the battery performance.
Once I'm done I'll share here.
