For those that don't get the values in the upper bar go ahead and Right click on the upper bar and ensure Sketch tools is selected. Try sketching another line.

9:29 the way your internal circle becomes over-constrained and turns into pink,, it doesn't happen in my case. The circle still remains green,, unlike the way it turns pink in your case.
