How much did you spend in total? I'm working on some designs for a non-profit org and we found Icarus. They create fully custom jerseys but everything is printed on (no vinyl or patches). It comes out pretty affordable when you have a nice sized group order.
For one jersey I spent just under $20. I helped order custom printed jerseys for my Sunday league team but it came to $30 per jersey and didn’t look as good as I wanted. Of course you’ll save money but it’s gonna take an extra effort, a pretty fair trade off. It’s whatever your preference is at the end of the day!

What where You using to not melt the sponsor? And the badge
I was using a sheet of what I was assuming was parchment paper for the sponsor, I think you can just used store bought parchment paper for that. The logo is made of thread so it won’t melt on the iron, but you can probably put parchment paper over that too

Hey Just wondering what you put over the lettering to iron on
Hi Eesaa! So you can use a number of things, the best being Parchment paper, or you could use a bath or hand towel as well. The idea is having a thin layer in between the lettering and iron that won’t burn, so you don’t melt the letters onto the iron.

Not when you wash it, but they will come off if you throw them in a dryer machine, so hang them out to dry

You can send it in a personal message to the person who’s printing it to you. If you order through the eBay guy I provided (if he’s still selling) then just sending him a message after the order, or even an email if it provides it.

There is no link. Whole point was to be creative about finding supplies. Go to department stores, buy on soccer.com. They’re everywhere
what width and Hight did u use for patch
I suggest the height of the patch to be 3 inches tall or about 7.5 CM high. As long as the logo is fairly proportionate, it wouldn’t really matter how wide it is.

Hi Matteo!! I’ll give a quick example, head to soccer.com and click the “team” tab and then click “jerseys”. Here you’ll find all the blank jerseys of your liking, and you can filter by color or brand. Otherwise I’d do a google search of “Adidas Entrada Jersey” or Adidas Campeon jersey” and see what you find!!

Do the numbers have the team logo at the bottom?
Mine don’t, although you could possibly try to get them cut out with the machine they use. The ones I used for a separate jersey had an old MLS logo carved out at the bottom and it looks great. You would just need to send the person who makes them the design with the logo in it!!

Photoshop! You can also pay someone a few dollars on Fiverr to build you a custom logo, but it’s a great opportunity to learn a new software and stretch your creativity!!

how can i get the patches
Any embroidery shop, or on the app “AliExpress” you can order cheap embroidered patches from China, although shipping takes 2-3 weeks. For all of them you just send them the logo and let them know what size. I would definitely not spend over $2.50 per patch!

What material are these shirts made of?
I generally buy polyester jerseys, off of soccer.com or wherever you can get blank soccer jerseys! But I am sure you can make a t-shirt version of these with a cotton t-shirt and it would still look great!

I want really large size letter patches! saying "Level nodey on the back with gold colors is "Cameroonian" Jersey, I think I need help finding it just hook me up if you know where I can find them, I think they have to be 3D printed
Sorry for the late response! I would definitely send an email to the supplier I provided and see if you could work something out with him. Otherwise, they are all made with the same product using the same CriCut machine. With a little digging, you should be able to find what you’re looking for. Good luck!!
