I don’t understand how the numbers came out different when it seemed like you did the same process
How do you prevent bubbles from forming in between the two number layers?
I try my best to press the first layer as quickly as I can, allowing just enough time for it to transfer. This helps to keep bubbles from forming when pressing the second layer. If bubbles are still forming when using this technique, I would dial back the heat a bit or loosen up your pressure. Unfortunately, heat presses can differ, so some trial and error might be needed. Spare fabric can help with testing and can cut down on waste if that option is available. I hope that helps!

what material is this jersey ?
The jersey is 100% polyester. The majority is mesh, while the top has more of a silk finish. I hope that helps!
What is the washability of this product?
To be honest, I haven't tried washing a jersey after applying vinyl. When I wash a shirt with iron-on vinyl, I turn the shirt inside-out and use the delicate cycle with mild detergent. I also make sure it is a cold wash. High tempatures can potentially compromise the adhesive. Repairs are possible if the vinyl is damaged, but this would involve some additional resources. I'll try to cover repairs in another video. I hope this helps!
