Meet 19-Year-Old Ondo Monarch Who Just Graduated From Secondary School

- Oba Oloyede Adeyeoba Akinghare II, the Arujale Ojima of Okeluse kingdom of Ondo State, is one of the youngest monarchs in Nigeria. He just completed his secondary school education.
He ascended the throne in February 2019 after his father died while he was in secondary school.
The young monarch told us about his life in school, how he was spared punishment because of his royal status, the throne of his forefathers and his future plans.

@@EvwienureEjowokeoghene-ck8hd They are NOT Benin people. The dialect spoken in his town is that of Yoruboid. Didn't you listen to his speech from the beginning? He first spoke Yoruba dialect in the beginning to great his people. Besides, no indigene of that town speaks Bini language.

Ose local govt is located in Ondo state but shares boundary with Edo. There is a bridge that connect both state located in Ose local govt. I think this might be the relationship....

Great observation. That is the photo of Oba Erediauwa II of Benin, the late father of the present Oba of Benin. Even the artifacts on the ground are all Benin bronzes too..
This is unmistakably a community with heavy ties to the Benin Kingdom. Also looking at the traditional attire, the young king wore, it's only people with Benin Kingdom ancestral lineage dresses like that. And of course, Ondo has strong Edo history ties. No one can take that away from the Benin Kingdom.

Well, these is one of the shameful things about our Nigerian politicians,
Because I'm sure that its one senator and honorable from federal constituency that represent these particular town that we are looking at,
Which i believe they supposed to be ashamed of themselves,
To see one of the towns they represent looking deserted like this, including the king's palace,
In the richest country in Africa,
Even though the local chairman or their councillors are not capable to transform these town,
But they chose to enriched their own families alone,
Despite some of them were even from these particular town.
