He wasn't the one that constructed the 1.2km road,it was done by Asopadec that houses some of the oil installations.
He went there to see the Asopadec members to get first hand information on their programs and was asked to commission a road for them.

You are funny....who appoints the chairman and MD of ASOPADED? They were created to manage the 13 percent oil derivations from FG but entirely under the state govt as an agency of development to oil producing communities. Go to Imo and see that the governor embezzles both the money for development and even owes salaries of their workers. 2 years ago they protested and were arrested and detained for protesting. You may not know what you people have in Alex Otti. The 13 percent comes every month in all the entitled states and could offer roads, water, schools, electricity and employment but u may ask how many roads they built before Otti came in. Nigeria is so corrupt
