Such simple, straightforward music, yet so fresh and injected with excitement by the players! And no, I do not mean to imply easy with my use of “simple”. Only that it isn’t near as complex as Mahler or a Strauss tone poem, is all.
@@gagasaurio12 I think this brings up a good point though, because people who say that the Berlin Phil is the best orchestra in the world - if they or any of us were to be put in a blind listening test with any of the world's top orchestras, assuming same concert hall, same piece, same conductor, same tuning, and if applicable, same recording equipment, there's no way we would be able to distinguish between them. (By world's top orchestras, I obviously don't mean Karajan academy but rather the RCO, LA Phil, SF Symphony, LSO, Berlin, etc) I don't know if there is a "best," just a "favorite."
@@nathansumarsono5374 Probably true in most cases, but there still can be a “sound”. Is there a Vienna string sound or a Chicago brass sound? Would make for an interesting conversation over adult beverages with people more knowledgeable than myself.
Thank you Mozart. Thank you Berlin Phil. And, last but certainly not least-Bratsche Artist, Tabea Zimermann and die geigespieler Artist-Noah Bendix-Balgley! Viele danke!
Ah Tabea.... what more needs to be said? Just perfection.
Frank Peter.
The sound from that viola is just sublime!

Assume that's her Patrick Robin viola not the one by Vatelot that she played on previously. It's got a BIG sound.

Looks like they nixed the audience. Finally.
It is barely recognizable! They did this as a joke? Right?
