So cool! You guys got me watching other skoolie videos but no one is as good as you two. You guys are so fun and in love and make it easy yet thorough for me to understand love it!!
I would be worried about over tightening too so if that is the only issue then congrats! Great solution to preventing the stove rattling, we'll keep that in mind! I've never used a gas stove, ever... so I am super nervous and scared for when we install ours O_O It's all coming together so well, so exciting!!
Omg I was so scared for you when you turned that oven on.. but it turned out amazing!!! So proud of you guys for taking on this project yourself but also happy you got a professional to double check ur work! Glad everything worked out!! 💙
Not as scared as me! I’m always so confident that we can build everything ourselves until the day comes where I actually have to do it and then I second guess everything 😂 thank goodness for helpful local pros!
Ok.. first u never put thread tape on flares.always problems ..second..true. never over tighten..third if in doubt..to find leak soapy water works fine..hope this helps.
Great job but never use those twist wire connection caps in any moving vehicle as they aren’t code. Crimp all connections or use wago lever nut connectors.
We asked the same question! He told us they shouldn’t (he has an RV and has worked on RVs before). He told us the only time we should need to leak test again is if we do any maintenance
Curious on why you would use ridged copper pipe on a bus, why not use the stainless braided flexible line so you don't have to worry about the bus movement causing leaks? I've seen most others do it this way but I can't find the reasoning.
Great question! Honestly, in my research it was just the most recommended thing to do from the blogs/resources I trust most. That being said, I know there are good arguments for both sides so it’s really just a personal decision!
Master Woodworker CAMERON FREAKING CAPP!?.... What a LEGEND! (P.s. "Where We dropping!?" had me dying).
We were honored by his presence 🙏🏼

Thanks so much Feliz!! 🧡

They’re super easy to use but definitely a little nerve wracking after we just finished getting rid of all our leaks 😂
@@AdventureTrudge oh nice
Thanks this video helped me a lot!

You should put one of those clamps on the foot of the refrigerator and drill it into the floor so it can't work it's way out from under the counter
We haven’t noticed it moving around at all when we drive yet but that’s a good idea if it seems to be an issue!
I can't wait until you make cookies!
Same!!

Yep we’ve got a spray bottle of soapy water at the ready! Thanks for the tips ☺️
That's great really if the fitting just needed tighten down. Great job for doing it.
Thanks so much! We were excited to learn how to do it ourselves but definitely not confident 😅 so glad that it all worked out just fine

Thanks for the tip! We used what we had on hand but made sure they could all be accessed in case something like that happened 👌🏻
I MADE IT! LOOK AT ME NOW MOM!!!!!!
Will the nuts come loose from driving and bumps in the road????

Are you both still liking your oven? Any regrets
No regrets! It worked exactly as expected and we used it all the time ☺️

wont thst stuff give off to much carbon monoxide and what not?
We always run our maxxair fan while using the stove/oven for air flow, plus we have a carbon monoxide alarm just in case
@@AdventureTrudge what's a max air fan
