the West is rich and developed today, not because of capitalism, not because of democracy and separation of rights, but because of centuries of colonization and the global order they made in favor of them.

I think global order might just be Zionist.

you are wrong. they play the game of capitalism and have less corruption, and better rule of law. If others can do that they can catch up. but obviously it takes a century to make the change.

well the point is if this is just an economical collaboration, then there is nothing wrong playing both sides. free markets of Course. south africa and brazil also don't seem to want politics. china seems to be the one driving that point home. and they seem to try to steer the ship in that direction.

Indian guy, typically, sitting on the fence, somehow puppy of the west waiting for handouts or investments which sink in local corruption, but on the other hand, trying to play the forceful role which cannot be launched due to internal divisions and cast society system

Happy that Eric Lee stopped being "venture capitalist" . He is now "venture socialist with Chinese characteristics.

He is just a capitalist who has sympathy for South Countries. China VS the US is not a competition between the capitalism-socialism ideology, but just two kinds of capitalism for real. China is more or less social-controlled and national capitalism. Both of their developments are driven by the entrepreneurship of ordinary people.

@@niuliu6504 True. He understands now that growth in GDP is not the ultimate goal. It is much better to keep everything in order and to stop Chaos. See Xi Thought Book 2 for details.

It seems most of the comments here are similar to what I think Brics is wrong in. Yes improving humanity, and our development would be the honey to attract more countries, not the bs of legislating global change. Learn about decentralisation, offer support for real growth, there's already too much money in this world and not enough health. Truth, freedom and health is the way to prosperity ❤

Politics is indeed the business. There is nowhere without politics. The capitalism is the true business, the socialism is also the true business. Only difference of both politics is which side they focus on, the rich or the most population.
