    항상 영상 잘보고 있습니다. 곧 다가올 추계도 항상 1등이실꺼 같아요 . 운동영상들이 너무 크게 도움됩니다.
    선수님 , 혹시 제가 200m가 24초 중반까지 나오는데 ,300은 42초까지 밀립니다(스탠딩 완전전력 1개뛰면 20분이상 실어증 걸립니다) ㅠㅠ
    200m 단축을 위한 추천해주실만한 트렉스케줄이 있을까요?

      200m는 스피드가 중요하기 때문에 짧은 거리를 뛰어서 스피드를 끌어 올리시는게 좋으실 것 같아요!! 20 30 60 80 100 110m 이런식으로 점점 늘려서 스피드 훈련을 하시는걸 추천드립니다!

      나이키 페가수스 종류 많이 신고 본 스케출 할때는 스파이크(육상화) 신어요!!

    갑자기 궁금한게생겼는데 육상선수들은 피부가 햇빛에 많이노출되어서 다리털이 잘 안자란다고하더라구요 사실인가요?ㅋㅋㅋ

      탁센이 부작용도 없고 쉽게 구할 수 있어서 좋더라고요!! 소염진통효과도 좋아요!!
