I've had an issue with advanced warfare, I transferred my season pass over from a different Xbox and when I try to download something it says I need to buy it,do you know the problem?

It's so annoying how I'm in like a party and it signs me out or something, which was even worse was that on games such as Call of Duty Black Ops 2 if I went from maybe multiplayer to zombies it would sign me out. But anyway thanks man! Also just a suggestion if you do anymore tutorials you should talk about the procedures while you do them instead of talking slower than your actions. Anyway thanks again!
