Man, I really thought the Suns were going to win this series. They lost those 2 close games in Portland then in Game 6 KJ went down....Ugh Thought they would have given the Pistons fits in The Finals
Facts if they win that series and KJ is healthy,they would’ve went toe to toe with Detroit.

I feel the Pistons were still likely to win due to experience but the Suns would have won more games than the Blazers as the Piston mind games might not have worked as well. Suns recognized they were finesse as were the Blazers and not tried to out tough the Pistons. Mark West not as foul prone as Duckworth….
I thought Phonex win the Championship that year because they beat LA but Detroit back to back
