Make Yogurt Starter from Chili Stems

- Yogurt starter using chilli stems.
Ingredients:
500ml Full Cream Milk
10 Chilli stems
Procedure:
Add milk to the Instant Pot. Select the Yogurt/Boil option. When done let milk cool down to 46 °C. Add the chilli stems and ferment in Instant Pot for 14hours. When done remove stems and excess whey.

I used it as a starter to make yogurt. See the making yogurt video that followed. Best yogurt I ever had!
The yogurt starter IS yogurt plus you can eat it or use it to make more. I have reused my peppers many times. I use raw milk also. It can be done with cold milk, just throw the peppers in and let it sit at room temp for about 24 hours. I do this every day. I use habanaro, hot peppers. Only kind that didn't work well was sweet peppers.
