Just two ingredients cabbage and eggs. No flour, Gluten free, Low carbs, Keto
Today I present a recipe for very light and quick pancakes only from cabbage and eggs. Sauce recipe at the end of the video

Ingredients;
Cabbage 300 grm
1/2 onion
3 eggs
salt pepper condiments
For sauce
Full fat yogurt (yogurt recipe can be found here th-cam.com/video/HlG-d2kxJxc/w-d-xo.html) or sour cream 2-3 tablespoons
1 garlic clove
Lemon or lime zest and 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt pepper to taste
300 grams of cabbage put in a blender bowl, add 100 ml of water
Beat in a blender until smooth
Transfer the mixture to a pot and boil the resulting mixture for 2 minutes after boiling
Drain water and leave to cool down
Transfer cabbage to a separate bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon my favorite spices oregano
Then add 1/2 fried onion (optional)
Add 3 eggs and mix well
Fry in a preheated non-stick pan without oil
Flip carefully, they are very tender.
Serve with sauce
For the sauce, grate the garlic and about 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest add sour cream or yogurt and 1 teaspoon lemonade juice Salt Pepper to taste

    Hi, thx for your recipe. This is by far the best keto bread recipe I can find all over TH-cam that do not use high oxalates ingredients, gluten free, anything processed and yet high in protein.     I tried this recipe twice and both times failed. It came out super eggy and not fluffy as I had hoped. :/ I saw something in the comments about the measurements of the egg white powder coming out differently. Maybe rework the recipe to match one for a scale? Thank you.

    I'm actually on a cut and found out egg white powder is an insane source of protein, however finding a sustainable way of consuming it is not easy, so thank you for this video. I was mixing it with protein powder before but found it doesn't dissolve all the way, will try cooking it with eggs

    Great recipe! Mines in the oven but I have some questions: could you please add the Gramm or oz amount of the albumin. It’s so light that 100ml and 1/2 cup are completely different amounts. Do you use a convection oven or upper & lower heat? Thanks

    I made this last night as described with exact measurements. Overall this is an excellent recipe when compared to others for the same cake. IMO it needs double the vanilla and more sweetness as the yogurt needs it to overcome the lack of sweetness. Also I don't mind it but my wife always picks up on the egg taste. I have found in other recipes if I add a small amount of sour cream it covers up the egg taste that some ppl perceive. Also a bit more sweet and that would also cover up that egg taste. Again very good recipe taste and feels very much like a cheesecake just a ton less cal. I was thinking of experimenting with this recipe by adding in some cream cheese as this may bridge the gap to real cheesecake taste with less cal. Cream cheese may also lower the egg taste for some. Anyway thanks for sharing.

      Dissolve definition: (with reference to a solid) become or cause to become incorporated into a liquid so as to form a solution. I think it is the same thing.😀

      @@ksueasykitchen1121 No it isn’t, the powder just mixed with the milk, it didn’t dissolve. An example in modern keto is making pasta in a bowl of water with calcium lactate, you add it to the water and it goes to the bottom, you stir and the water becomes cloudy and eventually becomes clear. That is dissolving, not to be confused with mixing.😄 The easiest example to understand is putting salt or sugar into water, as you would know, it disappears.😃 When you combined the eggs and milk, on the screen it said, “mix well,” according to you it should have said, dissolve well.😃🤭🤫
