Despite the lockdown situation Hector plus impress a lot of people. Whether it comes to design or specifications Hector plus is best.
Not only within the company, but MG Motor partnering with Indian start-ups helps them grow and creating more employment. sirf gadi hi nahi sonch bhi company ki behad acchi hai
Thank you for sharing such an amazing review! But you need to know that MG is a British brand and iska pura production Gujarat, Halol me hi hota hai. Also, MG is doing a good job by partnering with Indian auto brands for building its Hector. This way our Indian brands will get uplifted and be more supported.
It's British brand but china bought..like Tata bought land rover and jaquvar
This car proves that overdose of chrome doesn't make a car look premium but rather cheap.

Depends on the need Sujay. It is an MPV that is all about space and value. Does not really serve much else.

MG motors is owned by China-Govt company SAIC... i.e. indirectly owned by CCP.
This wont stop it from flying off the shelf. Just watch the bookings

It’s very bold from Mg I think no other 7seater has pitched openly that it’s going against the innova because Innova name itself is a legacy and a brand in itself , yet plus has all the credentials to compete size , space , features , decent engine and performance , hassle free service and warranty packages they have come all guns blazing , only the sales figure will show will the Innova takers go for plus because one must note it’s fully loaded top model is even cheaper than the mid v variant of Innova 👌🏻
That's exactly why i ditched crysta and went for hector plus

More modern looking feature equipped and value for money than the expensive Innova

Yes right Toyota is the king of sales , service quality and reliability whereas hector has its own usp of loads of features , big spacious size , build quality and affordable pricing which the Toyota can’t match so both are equally packed finally Innova has a worthy opponent after some time

How about 3rd row on paper with innova?
Comfort wise - very similar - even though the Innova claims more room. The features on this one are better for those in the 3rd row though.
Bhai innova is used for cabs therefore it has to be spacious. Also innova is MPV Hector plus is SUV.

Hector is a clone of Chinese car Baojun-530. There is nothing British about this car. Google it. This can never compete with Toyota Innova.
Never!! Because Toyota Innova is an MPV and MG Hactor is an SUV. Secondly, MG used to be an Ameican Company but now it has been acquired by a Chinese Company which also owns Baojun. The Baojun 530 has been introduced under MG brand named Hector!!

Have to look at this after 05 years of average consumer ownership. Donno hownuch of it will be fully functional. The original hector was outright gaudy with plastic claddings, fake exhausts and what not. Also, the original Morrison Garages cars were turds!
Avoid MG.. Basically its Chinese and Indian auto Companies are much better and affordable.

Autocar's Review was much better with attention to captain seats , third row, how for big size , engine being of lower power, boot capacity.
Ndtv review was more abstract and only high level overview was given
