Why doesn't this series have more views? I feel like so many people, especially now would be suffering from this. I have terrible Lower Cross Syndrome and am so happy you guys made this series so I can start correcting it.
@@SteveSmekar-ll6ln Thanks for this link to the video! It was very helpful, I never knew about this simple exercise. I just tried it sitting here at my computer, and it definitely gets the glutes firing!
probably a great exercise if one doesn't have arthritis in the knees and sacrum and chronic sciatica...I heard my issue could be corrected with a cross syndrome exercise...but this isn't it...
I tell my arthritic folks that if you don't continue moving through the pain... that, eventually, you will still have the pain but not be able to move. You must move through the pain. And start seeking out a more alkaline diet and reduce all the acidic and inflammatory meds, but that is another story altogether. Check out this video, and do it a lot th-cam.com/video/W9VnIhiby6w/w-d-xo.html
No offense but how are we supposed to take postural advice from this lady when her knees always go ahead of her toes and she has a super rounded lower back?
knees going ahead of knees is good. Its a myth that has been spread around, If you adhere to this myth then your postural alignment during a squat would always be ahead of the knee resulting in excessive knee strain.

Thanks for these! Is there a way to minimize knee strain on these for us old people?

Stefanie should invest in a pair of wide toe box shoes or vibram 5 finger shoes would be best to help with her toe problem..

susanne chakan start on a really small step and don't use the bar, then progress as tolerated.
Sounds like you're going to have trouble with whatever you do susanne. Inversion might get you some relief

you would have hard time walking up stairs if your knees couldn't go past your toes haha
"Super rounded lower back"? Care to offer a timestamp where she's rounding her "super rounding" her lower back?
