I really like how you keep the videos short and informative. If you were to do the whole upper cross syndrome series within a one 20 minute video for example, it could be too much information to handle at a time and I would be more likely to not start watching the video. This way with one exercise a day, it is easier to try out new things and exercises and easier to make it a habit. Because the easiest way to apply new habits is to take small steps, not big chunks. Awesome!
Not very easy to concentrate on the techniques when Stefanie is presenting (Sal does not disturb concentration at ALL LOL) - very nicely done on an important topic especially for me sitting at a desk for a living . . .
