Hmm... you have the voice, speaking ability, and clarity of your words to do this sort of channel. That said - you need to write either a script. If not a script then at least an outline to give you a set flow for your topic. Your random pauses destroy the flow, and starts to ruin the video. Second - hang up blankets around where you are recording your videos. If not that, and you have the money, get some of the foam egg crate material, and adhere it like panels to the walls of your recording room. This will take away the echoes that make it sound as if you are recording in your bathroom.
