Ordering lobster at a restaurant is NEVER justifiable in my mind. They usually don’t even give you the whole lobster or way overcharge you for a tiny one. They’re easier to cook than ramen noodles, and half the fun is cracking them open yourself. Lobster rolls are the exception.
As someone that is allergic to crustaceans (aka shrimp, crab, lobster, crawfish, etc) and not mollusks (clams, mussels, oysters, squid, octopus, etc), I consider myself very lucky when I go to restaurants. I've found that a lot of the dishes with crustaceans in them are really overpriced. Obviously I've never had them but I can't imagine them being so much better that they're worth the upcharge.
You get more meat by going to the Japanese steakhouse, same meat and price just more, plus amazing fried rice, soup, and salad instead of mediocre mashed potatoes or something

My only gripe with Bonefish grill is that their crispy jumbo shrimp has a thick layer of breading which leaves a heavy feeling after you’ve had at least one or two shrimp

Frozen lobster can never compare to fresh. Visit Maine, eat a fresh steamed lobster and you'll quickly realize why there is no Bonefish Grill or Red Lobster in the state of Maine.

And the seabass imperial would blow the steak and lobster out of the water. Especially when served with a nice acidic sauvignon blanc or buttery chardonnay.

Our local food critic has recommended them despite being a chain for eons, the quality is legit good, it's like the Texas Roadhouse of seafood places.
