ok i'm not really a gamer in todays definition but i definitely perfer physical games because i get to show off my collection anytime someone walks into my room they see what games i own immediately and besides i would be really po'ed if i had all digital games and they went away for whatever reason the store and creators arent gonna reimburse me the money i paid for em owning a game forever is the only way to go in my opinion
Why would the store and creators reimburse you in the first place for a digital game not working, because you failed to read the ToS to begin with? It's called consumers choice, and therefore people need to live with the inevitable consequences of that choice.
If the next console generation goes all digital then there is no point in buying a console considering PC is pretty much an all digital platform for all our needs.
people need to do better research as to why they want to make everything in the world digital, not about money or the environment, it's about a whole new system in the world, they call it the social credit system in China, they are already starting with it, people need to open their eyes
#1 reason digital games suck........................................You don't own them even though you bought them. Never have and never will. It says it right there in the fine print in the ToS. No amount of consumer law is going to save you with that one. And before anyone says 'oh but you don't own physical games either, because the disc is nothing but a license key', what a load of rubbish.

For how long though? THIS is what he's talking about. Your console will still need to do an online check in with said game. And if you don't have an Internet connection for whatever reason, you're done. Digital is NOT the future you think it is.

I will agree with you in some points but Since last two months PlayStation sales is going on I baat so many digital games on sale
not to mention even if offline, games are still completely playable as long as it isn't multiplayer
