brother ፕሮግራማችሁን በጣም ነው የምወደው ነገርግን እርዝመቱ በታም አዘግ ነው አንዳንድ እንቱ ፈንቱ ነገራችሁን ቀናንሱት ዘመኑ እንደዚህ ጊዜውን የሚወስድበት ነገር አይፈልገም ቆንጆ ቁምነገር ከ25 እስከ 35 ደቂቃ በቂ ነው። አንዳንድ ፕሮግራማችሁ እንደውም 2 ሰአት ከ 30 ደቂቃ ሁሉ ይወስዳል ስለ ቢዝነስ እያወራችሁ የሰወን የስራ መስሪያ ሰአት መያዝ ስርቆት ነው ስለዚህ ሰአቱን ቀንሱት እጥር ምጥን ያለች 30 ደቂቃ በቂ ነው። ይሄኛው አኝጻራዊ ደሕና ነው 55 ደቂቃ
