Please if the insight team of Zeleman see this, pitch an idea for Zeleman to start something like The Futur but for our local context, it won't cost a dime it's a long term game for the agency, plus you can build a business model that actual paying talents that want to learn about the Industry actually pay and learn from giants within the agency. Like Zeleman Academy or something like you teach talents and vet them then add them to your team as interns and also do consistent content around Zeleman and teach people about the industry.
