Michelle, The best gift that a child can give their parents is knowing that their children are going to be okay when they pass. Your Father went to be with the Lord knowing that his daughter is in great hands with an amazing Husband, Children and great friends. So honor your Father by keeping that beautiful smile and spirit of yours and know that you'll see him again. Rest in Peace Mr. Sorensen.
Yeah, good man
Michelle I lost my mother 30 years ago and I think of her everyday. I still have my father and he will be 95 in July and I know I to will go through what you are going. Your father is in a better place now. My condolences to you and family. ❤️❤️❤️
😭thats my wife thanks for Your testimony and sharing your life with us your friends from vernal ut. p.s. and we can't see them but thay can see us when we need help thay are there.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news. He won’t be with the father. He’s in the grave as the Bible states asleep. The only thing that went to.the lord was his soul.
Michelle, you all have a strong family and together you’ll all find your way through this. Bless you.
It's never easy losing family. Your reaction is quite normal and real. That's why most of us watch!
I’m so sorry Michelle, you lost your dad. Our prayers go out to you and your family!
@@buckhunter0968 Michelle you guys are family, you folks are so real. we love you all.
Your memory of your dad will carry you through many sad days as he loved so. May God bless you and your whole family and give you comfort and strength to go on an make others love their parents!
Praying for you and your family in Alabama
So very sorry for your loss!!! I know exactly how you feel, I lost my Daddy the day before my birthday last year.😢
My wife lost her dad 10 years ago and she still missies him so much. We talk about the fond memories and her pain goes away. This is a good thing, it means they were so special and such a big part of our loves.
@ 4:48 the dog came to comfort mom, because she was sad, and gave her hugs and doggo kisses - What a wonderful doggo.
Michelle, the fact you all allow yourselves to be vulnerable in front if all your youtube family, is the reason Fab Rats is my #1 and will always be my #1 favorite TH-cam channel I watch and follow. Allowing yourselves to be vulnerable in front of us all says a lot about you and your family. Allow yourselves to grieve.
Ditto. Your Dad would be proud of the courage you showed in sharing with us all. xx
So very sorry for your loss
That’s certainly another way of looking at it… 😂
As a Vietnam Veteran, I cry too when I hear that one of my brothers has passed. They say that time heals all wounds, but each wound leaves a scar on the heart to remember. Though many of us did not know your dad personally, we share in your grief.
Welcome home fine sir 🫡
As always thank you for your service to you and all who served and our serving. Sounds like a great man who will be dearly missed. God bless
Time doesn't heal anything. It just gets worse.
Remember, everyone deployed. God bless you all. 🇺🇸 All the way.
Rip my brother.
Sorry for your loss. It's never easy dealing with loss. Great Tribute.
Michelle, we've seen you and Paul both lose your Fathers now. It's very tough, but also a comfort when you know they're no longer suffering. Keep making them proud. You guys are great people.
Sure.
Michelle sorry for hearing about your dad . It's very hard on a person . Our prayers will be with you .
My dad died a year and 5 days ago. Liver failure. He was 65 and had less than a week to be 66. I still have so many questions that were unanswered...I'm 33 and would trade the world to have had 20 more years with him. He was my hero.
Respect to your dad, and a thank you for his service. Respect for the family for the one last tour.
So sorry for your loss. We are praying for those left behind. You will cry again, no shame in that! Be there for your family.
Almost 3 years ago we lost our youngest daughter to cancer. She fought for 5 years. The next month we lost my MOM to a different cancer, she was diagnosed too late..
You never get over it, you just get through it. I still think about them everyday. GOD bless you and your family.
Sorry to hear about your losses.🥺
I lost my daughter due to a house fire a year ago today. It was the morning of her wedding, she would have been 20 last year. Not a day goes by that I dont feel the heartache. My sincerest condolences. Hang in there!
Wow sorry to hear that
Lost my Dad on May 17th…same situation. We knew it was coming, but losing him still isn’t easy. God bless y’all.
I am very sorry for your loss. The fact that I am sitting here, a grown man, all teared up is a testament to what you and your family means to the fans.
Hey Michelle,
Sorry for your loss. I’ll never forget the day you and Paul helped thaw out the frozen water pipes under our bridge next door. Miss you two, stay strong.
Your former neighbor Cam.
Hey Cam! Great to hear from you. Hope all is well!
It is hard when you lose one of your family. I lost my dad Dec 1981, and last year, my mom passed. No time goes by that I do not think of her. I have to give it to her for raising four pain-in-the-butt kids, and 3 out of the four have never been in trouble with the law. The fourth has cleaned up his act and is an excellent young man, married, and hard worker.
Big hugs from total strangers a long ways away! Thank you!
A true American hero! This was the greatest service you could have ever offered. One final trip with the family and friends he loved. He loved his Family, God and Country. The farm is now sacred ground. Pop is now with all his family and friends having a big homecoming party and celebration! He has taught all of you well. In Hawaii we do not say goodbye, we say Aloha! Until we meet again…..
Michelle, I lost my dad back in February 2022. He was 92 years old and I miss him dearly. You will have days that pop up that make you sad because you’ll see something that reminds you of him but you also smile while you’re thinking about it. Very sorry for your loss.
Michelle, I'm sorry for your loss. The only thing I can do is encourage you to be thankful that you had the kind of dad where you would grieve the loss... Many of us didn't.
Sadly, I tried so very hard to love my kids as much as I could despite my difficult upbringing and yet with a divorce and the ex's bad influence, my children couldn't care less about having a relationship with me - so you can also be thankful that he had a loving family surrounding him to the end.
Again - I'm sorry.
Much Love.
❤❤❤ what a beautiful idea. Loosing someone is hard loosing a parent or a child is worse. I always remember whet my granddad told me in the weeeks before he passed “you keep smiling and I’ll smile with you, every new memory you make and each time you smile, I’ll be smiling with you, I’m with you always in your heart so let me share your future because I’m always with you” xxxxx
Michelle this old WVA fella is 65 years old. And you had tears rolling down my cheeks. I'm very sorry for your loss of your father. I want to tell you that I absolutely love you guys. Even though I have never met any of you in person. I feel like I have know you all for a long time. My prayers are with you and your entire family. ❤
Michelle, I'm a 66 year old orphan. Mom was the last to go 11 years ago. I've found it's good to cowboy up in front of other people, but it's also good to have a private place away from everybody where you're free to let the tears out and talk to God. I wish you all the strength you need through this time.
Same here, being from '58, I'll second that.
Your Dad raised such a loving hearted daughter! You are a tribute to his loving heart. You have touched our hearts with love and respect for all of your family.
I'm right there with you Michelle. I lost my father at the beginning of covid. I'm in my 40s but was reduced to feeling like a 10 year old lost child. I wasn't ready either, I could see it coming. And I know too well it doesn't make it any easier.
The last thing I wanted to hear was that it would be okay because from my viewpoint there was no way it was ever going to be okay.
Michelle, your father lives on through you and your family. The lessons and love that he gave you is ingrained in you and passed to your kids.
Prayers to you and your family
Nice to see the riderless horse in the procession, great tradition for a veteran. Day is done, gone the sun... RIP and thank you for your service Dellas.
It is never easy to lose your dad. The tour of his farm is a great way to say goodbye. Our prayers are with you and your family.
Experiencing the loss of a parent is a challenging emotional journey, and shedding tears is a natural part of the grieving process. Michelle, please find solace in the fact that your father is now at peace, and trust that you will be reunited one day. Thank you for opening up and sharing this intimate moment with your TH-cam family. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your loved ones during this difficult period.
This video made me cry. I just lost my father to kidney failure. He was 92. He had a great life. I took care of my dad right to the end and was hugging him when he died. His death devastated me so much. I have no one in this world now. I never married or had children and all my other family are gone. It's a weird feeling being alone. At least you have family and friends to comfort you and that will help in your healing. Bless you and your family.
My condolences to the entire family. And thank you to Paul and Michelle for letting us follow their families through the good and bad times. Love you all!
I cried the entire time Michelle talked. Such an honorable way to send him off… Til Valhalla my fellow warrior.
Same here
Me to, currently crying
I don't interact with TH-cam much except to watch the videos.. and fabrics is usually the first one watched when new updates come out.. this one hurts. I sit with a tear in my eyes as you explain in your opening what has happened.. I cannot make anything better.. I can only offer advise.. it is very much OK to feel the hurt.. feel it cuz it means you care.. just don't hold it.. feel it.. get it out.. the let the good memories begin to fade the pain.. your fans will be here when your ready.. we really do appreciate all fabrats does content.
Sorry for your loss, Thanks for sharing this with us. Even though we know from time to time that a loved one will soon pass, it's never easy when it happens.
I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my dad on St Patrick’s Day, he was 88 and suffering from dementia for the last few years.
I live 500 miles away, but something told me that I needed to go see him, 6 days later he passed and I’m so glad I was able to be there with him. He is in a much better place now.
I don’t know it’s hard. I just lost both of my parents a few years ago head-on crash. Sorry for your loss. Just remember him. I know you well.
Death is incredibly hard, but it can produce beautiful things. To see you all work together and the pictures at the end is so incredibly special.
Michelle. To say we love you guys, and all of you are family is a serious understatement. Most all of us have lost family at one time or another. All your family subscribers will be thinking of you with deepest devotion and prayers. I only have one request, Could you please care for that beautiful doggie, I am sure your father would like that. God bless you guys and please stay up with the videos. They are one of the best parts of my days.
My heart goes out to you. It doesn’t matter how old they are, how old we are or how long we’ve known they were ready to pass over. It hurts. The only relief for the pain is knowing we will be together again in a better place where “everyone” like yourself cares and tries to help the many. Keep up the good work and great videos.
I lost my father May 10th 2023. He had been sick with kidney failure for almost 1 1/2 years, so we knew what was coming. It doesn't make it easier. It doesn't make it better. In the last 11 years, I have lost my oldest son, my youngest brother, my mother and then my father. Appreciate every day. Appreciate the time, however short, that you have with the ones you love. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I'm so sorry Michelle we love u so much this channel wouldn't be the same without you he is in a better place and not suffering anymore just like you said I just wish knowing that made things easier you take ur time and try and feel better
Sorry for your loss Michelle God's peace ❤
May God bless and keep you all. Time heals. Forget the loss and cherish the good memories
The grieving and crying is part of the healing proces Michelle, time will heal your wounds. 💗💗💗💗💗
Oh Sweet Michelle!! I instantly started crying with you. We all love you so much. It takes a lot to go onto social media and give up personal life stuff, and I know you don't even know most of "us" as viewers but we're all so proud of you and the amazing family you have and all the adventures you all take on. You know your dad's proud too ❤️❤️❤️
It’s been 14 years since I lost my Dad and even now this brought me to tears. Nice way to honor him. Praying for comfort for you and your family as you go thru this.
Sorry for your loss Michelle. It is always difficult losing someone that has been there and it sucks when they are sick. One thing that I have learned is, a person is never truly gone when we keep them in our thoughts. Be sure to have a section dedicated to those whom not here with us in life, but here with us in spirit.
So very sorry about your dad ❤. I’m a survivor of kidney cancer. It was a miracle that the tumor was found before it spread and took my life. It taught me how fragile life is and how precious time with family is. Just give your loved ones a extra hug today❤❤❤❤
I'm so sorry, Michelle. Sending love and understanding from WA. It's been 34 years since I lost my dad and 2.5 since I lost my hubby and 2 of my brother's. It's never easy, expected, or not. Keep living, sister. I'm 100% sure he was proud of all you've accomplished! He wouldn't want you to be sad 💙
Michelle, so sorry for your loss. As someone who has lost his dad from dementia that hole in your gut never goes away but it lessons over time. Thankful we have a promise we we'll see them again.
@FabRats Thx for Sharing, life goes on, it’s our destiny. I recently lost my adopted mother, she was 77 and lost my adopted father at age 42. I have 1 brother & 2 sisters. None of them except me as their family or brother because I’m the oldest & I’m not Blood. I shed no tears when they passed on. My biological parents, my real father has nothing to do with me today. My biological mother was killed in a Farm Tractor accident while pregnant with me. I was taken 4 months early and adopted by my real mother’s best friend, who I lost last summer 2023. My real mother & I both served in the US Armed Services, no one else did that I know. I’m a Disabled American Veteran with no family, I’m alone in this world. I’m a subscriber to your channel and have been watching your channel for years. “God Bless You. ❤
Thank you sir for your service. *hugs*
💔😭❤🩹 Hugs to you.
Don't really know what to say.. I was crying along with you.. just remember to show the love you have before it's too late. Still welling up now even though I'm just another subscriber you touched my heart. God bless you all and those you love.🥺
Michelle, Sorry for your loss. It can be devastating when losing a parent, but you hold your family close and they will comfort you. Sending positive vibes.
My condolences to you and your family, Michelle. Losing a close family member is never easy. Thank-you for sharing this moment with us.
My condolences to you and your family 🙏🇧🇧
I lost my mom to Pancreatic Cancer Last June, and now my dad has cancer as well. The pain never goes away. You have a wonderful husband, beautiful children surround yourself with them, it will help. My daughter and wife have kept me from losing my mind this past year. I'm very sorry for your loss, sending love and condolences.
@Fab Rats I lost both my parents last year. You're video has me crying with you. Time makes grief easier to deal with. Sending love to you and yours. God bless!
So sorry to hear this news brought back lots of memories of my father who died when only 59 years old and I can imagine your father has left a similar sized hole in your family. No one who saw this video will be untouched by the genuine expressions of love shown by you and your family.
Thank you for trusting us in Videoland with the intimate view of your family that you give us every video. It is truly appreciated. Much love from the UK.
Some folks are cursed with taking losses very hard, and feeling extreme sadness during those times. On the other hand, these same folks are blessed with the opposing quality of feeling and giving extreme love and happiness. So while you are shedding tears for your father, we know that the amount of love you gave him while he was here was more than anyone could ask for. Sending love and prayers your way.
Michelle, I’m so sorry. Lost my Dad in 2017 and we knew it was coming as well. The saddest part was picking up my phone to text him and then realizing he wasn’t there anymore. The pain fades and now I smile when he crosses my mind. The key is to give yourself permission to resume living. You’ll get there, God Bless… Love to you all. Chris
It's never easy to lose a loved one. But as you said, that we'll see them again is comforting.
So sorry for your loss. May he Rest In Paradise. 🙏
Its always hard to lose someone you love. You have my sincere condolences. 😊
Michelle, I know it's hard to lose a loved one especially when it's your father. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for letting me be apart of the Fab Rat family. Rest in peace Mr. Sorensen.
Thanks for bringing us along. Michelle, what a rock you are. You have already had your hardest day on this one. Much respect to you and your family.
It's tough Michelle. I lost my father unexpectedly due to a massive heart attack 24 yrs. ago. You were fortunate to have the time spent with him and think of all the times you shared. I still to this day wish that I could go back in time and tell my father so many things that were never said and regret it to this day. You all stay strong, and you have a great support group around you. Time does help the healing but hurt always never seems to go away. Wishing you all the best!
Love you guys everything will get better❤❤❤❤❤❤ I'm a widower for the last 13 years who raised my boys alone in the northeast. Time heals all wounds❤❤❤❤❤❤
I believe that is true my friend…. I’m a widower of 3 years sometimes it feels like forever and other times it’s fresh and wounds are deep God bless you and yours .
Sorry for your loss ❤
Sometimes it must be hard to cope.👌🇿🇦🇺🇲🇺🇲
❤
Sorry for your loss. It does it better but there will be hard days and crying especially when you least expect it. Sending virtual hugs.
Whether you're the Son or the Daughter, Dads are Amazing creatures. When they're gone, nothing is just quite the same. Prayers Up Fab Family. God lets it be tough, because they mean so much.
Michelle, we are very sorry for the loss of your Dad. Our prayers are with you from Oregon. Thank you for sharing your life with us. ☺️🙏🏻✝️
So sorry for what you are going through, I've lost both of my parents within a year. Be strong, he is watching over you ! ❤
What a beautiful final tour. Thanks for having us along. Sorry for the loss of a special man, your father.
A girl losing her daddy is a hard loss. I've been thru it with my wife's father. I gave her all the time, space and love she needed to heal. It takes time. Lean on family 👪 they need you as much as you need them. Take as much time as you need for yourself and family. We will be here. Great job everyone on the cleanup work. Looking much nicer.
I’m so sorry for your loss Michelle, the last ride is so respectful. No more suffering. Peace to your family
Hearts are with you!!!
Mom has Stage 4 cancer- so I’m with you 💔✝️
What a great send off for your father. Very appropriate for a man who loved to be working his property. Now he and Paul’s dad will be hanging out together 😊.
Dad's journey took 79 years.. He left a pretty big footprint we can see everywhere.. And we can feel it to.. Now a new journey starts and every new journey starts with but the first step.. It'll be a little rocky at first as you have to adjust to the load but it'll get easier as it takes time to heal.. I've never met anyone that wanted to go but most old folks have problems beyond their control and are waiting to follow those that went before them.. At 75 I'm amazed that I've made it this far with my expiration date in the near future.. He's now waiting till he see's all of you again so don't fret case to him, it'll happen in the wink of an eye.. I see a gentle giant that lived a full life and left a great legacy.. Thanks for sharing his legacy Mrs Fab Rat ! From SC..
Michelle, Sorry for your loss! As we get older the loss of loved ones happens, Love your memories, they the best.
Cheer up, you and your family are incredible.
Sending all the love I possibly can. My wife lost her Dad and Grandma both last summer within 2 weeks of each other. It has been hard but knowing how many folks care, help and are truly there is amazing. You all are awesome and I wish you all the best in this time.
Losing a parent is a tough nut to Crack thoughts and prayers are with you. Cherish your memories.
Lost both my parents when I was 17. We were very close, they were my rock and stability...But then they were gone. Life moved on, I had to. But I miss them everyday and I'm 61 years old now. you will be strong, but that doesn't take away the tenderness you hold for your dad.
We are sending you so much love. There is no greater pain, and no greater love. It'll be in your system forever! He will be with you forever. You will see him in so many things, but especially in your words and actions because he is you and that is how he will live on. Protect your peace during this time. Thinking of you! 💕💕
The loss of a parent is difficult its been 13 years since my mother passed and still today it is overwhelming at time. Peace, love and prayers to all of you and thank you for all that you do for the fans..
It’s never easy. I had a talk with a friend last night about this. I lost my wife a year ago to cancer. She had lost her son 3 years ago to cancer. No matter how hard you try to prepare or think you are ready. You are not when it happens. I’m praying for you guys.
Michelle, I am so sorry for your loss. I lost both of my parents in the Spring of 2023, 5 weeks apart. I am familiar with what you are feeling. It suck's real bad. Time does help. But no one ever gets over a loss of this magnitude completely. Our loved ones remain immortalized in our thoughts and are never truly gone as long as they are remembered.
Losing a parent is a tough situation. They can never be replaced. Best wishes to you and your family during these trying times.
sorry for your loss Michelle, I know its hard even though your dad was ill but yes hes in a better place. ty for his service from one Vietnam era vet to another.
Michelle....I'm right there with you, I lost my Dad in 2019, He was a Viet Nam Vet also.
Give it time and Prayer. It will get easier to bear as time goes by, but our Dads never leave us, he's always in your ❤. Like you, I know I'll see my Dad Again.
Prayers to you and all the family.

Y’all did a good thing. 🫡
Be strong! I just lost my mom on May 9th to a 9 year battle with Cancer so I know where you are.... your Dad and my Mom are no longer in pain and watching down upon us. ❤
My father was just diagnosed with stage 4 liver and colon cancer. The pain I feel for you is immense as I am currently grappling with the reality that my father will not be in my life much longer. Grief is a helluva thing. One minute you're fine, the next. it hits you in waves. I am have strickened with stress sickness because of this. I feel for you and your family. Stay strong.
I saw the same when my wife's dad passed. It was years ago, but I still catch her with a tear in her eye from time to time. For a "little" girl, there's nobody like their daddy. Prayers for you and your family.
My heart hurts for you, Michelle. I have watched y'all's videos for years now. I don't watch regular T.V. anymore. FabRats is my go to entertainment. I'll be sending a prayer up, so that you can find comfort in the memories of your dear Pa. May he R.I.P. Thank y'all, for what you do!
I lost my dad back in 2020 from heart failure. It’s not easy even if you know it’s coming or not. I started watching you back then to help keep me sane. Thank you for sharing all of the ups and downs. ❤❤❤❤
You get used to not having Dad around but, will always be missed. Great video and final tribute. Much respect to you Mr Sorensen !!!
Michele, I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a father is by far the hardest thing you'll ever know. Sadly, the tears may never stop. I lost my dad in 1990. I was 37. I'm 71 now and still tear up when I talk about my dad. And it's okay. It shows how much you loved him and miss him. One day at a time.
I;ve gone thru loosing both my Mom & Dad in 2020. Mom was 83 and Dad was 86. I have come the Realization that they are never fully gone. As long as they are in your heart They are still with you. The love and wisdom they shared with you will always remain. Rejoice in their freedom from discomfort. Take joy in seeing their life continue thru the eyes of those they touched.
Michelle, your love for your family showers. Losing a parent is very difficult. You are putting your life and faith on display. This hits close to home for me. So sorr for your loss. Focus on the good memories and the you shared
Thankyou for sharing this with your TH-cam family. You never get over losing a loved one - but you do learn to live with it. Plenty more tears to come but you will start to remember all of the good times and every time you do you keep him alive. It is the anniversary of losing my dad 11 years ago and I still have a cry. Your dad would have loved his last ride and what a great way to celebrate and remember him ❤.
Its important to take time to grieve. My condolences to you and your family Michelle.
