29:20 - I'm impressed by the respect and deference paid to Matt by the police officer. He had a differing opinion and offered it, but offered it as a suggestion, not as "you really should do this differently. Kudos to him! It also shows great leadership. The officer was detached, apart from the situation and could see the bigger, strategic picture, rather than the tactical issue Matt was having. It's a quick snippet in a much longer video, but the lessons here are GOLD.

Matt is trying to preserve the nature, park rangers go "nah, just drive around". This is truly a testament on how good build the Wrecker is. I do not think the camera picked up how steep that area is.
I think the ranger was more worried about the destruction the wrecker banging around could lead to. He also knew the vegetation they would drive over would grow back and be less risky. That’s why even said he didn’t want to tell how to do his job but also tell Matt it was ok to drive over some vegetation to make it safer for all. The rangers out here love nature just as much as Matt does.
Katelynn is a top notch spotter. And I can say from first hand experience, she spotted me at the Off Road Games driving the Banana up Triple 7, Double Sammy and the finale up The Chute! She spotted me perfectly. I never even had to backup or re adjust, just followed her directions and drove right up that mountain without a hitch. She made a level 8 trail seem easy.
I would even say she's better than Iizzie, I'm sorry but Lizzie had this attitude, it just made her unapproachable, Kaitlyn I believe you can approach her and she would have a friendly attitude.
