- The Bears continue to be the talk of the NFL world at the owners meetings in Orlando. General manager Ryan Poles, head coach Matt Eberflus, president Kevin Warren and chairman George McCaskey have all spoken on every offseason topic. David Haugh and Dan Wiederer react to arguably the biggest piece of news, which is the continued insistence of Warren that the team is now focused on the Chicago lakefront for the location to build a new stadium. We've also got more details on the meetings the Bears had with USC quarterback Caleb Williams prior to his pro day. Poles and Eberflus seem impressed by what they've seen and heard. Plus, in maybe the least shocking news coming from the meetings, McCaskey still doesn't like the idea of the Bears being on "Hard Knocks."

The Lakefront is the most beautiful place we have in this city and a stadium on the water makes the most sense. They will build a new complex to practice and use for other sports means.
I don't understand why they would want to put 2 billion into a stadium that they wouldn't own just to stay in Chicago. I'd build in AH .
Until a shovel at the Lakefront is in the ground, Arlington Hts is still the lead horse (no pun intended). Again the Bears didn’t purchase Arlington Park for nothing and they are not going to lose out on it. This is not that hard it’s all about leverage and money. They are not pissing away the nearly $200M they purchased it for. It this high interest rate environment it won’t be that easy to pawn off.
I’m sure the Bears can sell this property for more than $200 million !
Dan with the fresh hair cut!
I'm still doubtful on a lakefront stadium, but he is trying without a doubt. Just to add, he did make it clear that he's fiscally conservative, which really doesn't align
Should've kept sweaty ted with his gamer headset then
Gooooood job Teddy bear Phillips...you did like Ryan Pace......a whole lotta nothin......brothas GONNA work it out...👀watch
If you’re going to have all the same problems in terms of access and parking, I’d rather see them build on the 78 and fully own their own stadium. Dealing with the park district is ridiculous.
Seems like the McCaskey's may have been tired of Ted. Maybe that's good for business, but I think the 180 is a story.
So we’re concerned about Caleb playing an online video game with Nabers because it could turn into real life gun battles? Really?
🐻⬇
Arlington Heights os the best spot. The museum campus is a joke and TERRIBLE location. The fact that they arent putting all their efforts into AH is sad and pathetic.
Sorry Kev, cant lie your way to a better deal in AH. They guna let you keep the team in a spot terrible to travel to and that will have even less parking than it does now. Sucks to suck, shouldn't have kept trying to pin the cities against each other, people hate bullies
Call of Duty is a video game played by millions losers. I swear I can't stand Haugh. Can he be fired for being a dummy???
Kevin is a weirdo
By what definition?
Real clown move by David for bringing up the Malik nabers incident. Whats the point?
All that matters...You have to comb through everything good and bad...
