For may application what would be better, a single stage or dual stage regulator?
I have a 22" Blackstone griddle. I would like to get rid of the stock Blackstone Regulator connected to the griddle and get an adapter hose with a new high quality regulator and hose to hook up to a 20 lb. propane tank. And preferably have the new regulator close to the propane tank. Hopefully a hose that is at least 8' long.
I will not be connecting to an RV just a 20 lb. propane tank.

If I do say a t off the tank and want to run my mr. Heater 30k and say a torch or occasionally a second heater do I want the regulator at the tank or at the device or should I get one of those adjustable pressure ones at the tank and then one stage at the Mr Heater? Is there a source for general information on propane and tubing. I'm planning on trying to get a 40 lb tank currently owned outside pole barn but I see a lot of different permutations like Tri valve before regulator or after and all the different fittings and to be honest I'm not really sure if I should what I should search for that info gas plumbing? I like this video though if you want I don't have a lot of yours yet cuz it's only 15 days old but in that time I've got I want to say 1100 visitors on what's mainly a tech blog but turning into a fabrication blog as well I'll probably post ur video as it was one of the most straightforward propane sources I've seen so far I go into Menards or Fleet Farm and nobody knows crap
