Duuuuude. Amazing work! I use the thumb wipe technique from time to time. Works really damn good actually. That is if I keep my fingers out of the way.
That's amazing. I'm just getting into powder coatings and your videos will help me a lot. Thanks, and hopefully you're videos start getting some more viewers and subscribers
It's crazy how much better that Gema seems to lay powder down than my KK-171 (a kool koat gema copy really). I'm constantly fighting to get powder into corners without getting back ionization on the easier to reach areas (on multi coats). I tried getting a bigger cloud, adjusting kv/ua and using your hopper setup, but I just can't get it to work as well as yours does
I’m doing this exact cover they want to do the raised letters in silver and then the rest in allusion cherry. I was a little concerned about bleedthrough into the illusion color. Any tips ?

That looks good!
Thank you so much!
I was hoping when you were talking about wiping you’d say “on the whole” 😂😂😂
just in the hole
Do you let part dry to room temp between coats? As always awesome video!
I let the parts cool, to below 150 degrees F and thank you!
Perfect. Well done.
I appreciate it!

yeah the guns really do start to show their strong points and weaknesses as you get deeper into projects

you should be ok doing the silver first, but make sure when you do the wipe you do a REALLY good job. If not you will have little tiny red dots.
Thanks for the response. I did get some red speckle in the silver. I striped it and talked the customer into black letters
You make Candy blue look good! The Best I have seen!. I'm not a Candy Blue guy. I could work with that. Good work man. Peace
Nice 👍
Thanks ✌
Perfect!!!!
Thank you so much!
Love it, sub'd 👌
thank you so much!
With so many coats on that, what was the final Mil measurement? I'm curious to know the result of an adhesion test would have been...
Why wouldn't that need outgassed? Seems like my luck would be different lately lol!!! Great work. Appreciate any advice.
It did get outgassed but didn't need to. It's a full billet piece. Outgassing is on cast stuff or stuff that's been in oil or chemicals
@@UnknownCoatings ok thank you
