What is your opinion on Filipino martial arts(arnis, kali, eskrima) and are they effective in self-defense? Keep up with good work!

Great question. Filipino martial arts like Kali, Arnis, and Eskrima are fantastic for self-defense. They emphasize fluidity and precision, which reminds me of how I had to adapt quickly during my journey in Little Dragon: The Reckoning. One of the greatest lessons I learned, especially through my training with Master Chien, is that it’s not just about physical strength, but emotional and mental fortitude. These arts taught me the importance of staying calm under pressure, a lesson that I still carry with me every day. In my 28-day Dragon Fit Challenge, we focus not only on physical training but on transforming mindset and resilience as a family. Have you ever explored training with others, like in a family or team setting? store.masterwong.tv/

When someone grab me I'd give the person a wink and a smile. It works every time. Happy New Year to you and all your family Master Wong!!!

Love the message… “Keep it simple”…. So many times people see a fancy move and want to apply it… which may be their downfall. I have 13 1/2 yrs of non stop training under my belt( 2nd Degree Black )and to this day although I am capable of doing the fancy, the simple is always my first go to.

Master Wong! Happy Holidays and a bright New Year from my family and all the aggressive sharks in Hawaii! 👍😁

Happy Holidays,! Your comment takes me back to my own family's challenges. In Little Dragon: The Reckoning, I share how we struggled through hard times, but it was our strength together that allowed us to overcome them. Much like those sharks you mentioned, it's about staying resilient and focused. In the 28-day Dragon Fit Challenge, I guide families through similar transformations. What kind of strength do you see in your family? I’d love to hear your thoughts! store.masterwong.tv/
