Magistrate have done a great job by denying bail to the accused persons relying on the evidence provided by the state.
They were used to those hits for taxi bosses where there isn't much investigation done hence they thought that they are professional and untraceable and did this hit like amateurs ,they failed to cover their digital tracks

Their defence teams failed to specify why the accused they should released on bail, but focused on undermining the evidence. They got it wrong there
Is not easy to convincing the court to grant bail on schedule 6 matters . Especially if the accused persons are flight risk...Those 2 accused persons who are in Eswatini also play role to the denial of the bail.

@@collinsmmakola8652 Most defense lawyers when they don't have any evidence to provide to the court, they usually attack the state. The court ruling was base on the evidence provided by the state, which is right if the defense lawyers have nothing to provide to the court.
