Congrats. Would like to have this vehicle complimented with added Zones of Illumination in combination with the door frame pillar lighting. Is the Lariat trim the USA equivalent of the Wildtrak trim?
True looks good the Ford compared to the GM twins! The only concerned the inflated price! Also were is the EV or the hybrid?
Im waiting till fall to purchase a truck. I was gonna buy a 2019 f150 Raptor. I only need a truck to go to town in and get dog food really. I had to retire early from an accident at work so im just want something nice to putt around in. Im gonna see if i can get in one of these with my leg, if so, i m sold! The design is much better than the GM twins. More interior space than the GMs. Raptor power levels are impressive. My only worry is the twin turbo v6 will be thirsty.

Will the Ranger Raptors height fit in a standard American garage? Talking about clearing the entrance where the garage door hangs down a bit.
I'm currently on a 18 month lease with the newly redesigned Nissan Frontier 4x4SV. I think I like the truck and wanna stay in the midsize but......has Ford said anything about a sunroof or a panoramic option? Sunroof is something I'm currently living without but looking forward to have one again with my next truck.

How will the regular ranger, say the 2024 ranger lariat stack up against the other mid size trucks even going off road?
The Ford Ranger Raptor is a great choice for those looking for a "top-dog performance" truck in the mid-size truck segment (as the full-size Ford Raptor is in THAT size-segment), AND, if you need to "go fast" either on or off road. Personally, I "go slow" off-road (why the hurry?), and not THAT fast on-road...so for ME -- and staying within this mid-size truck segment yet looking for the "most serious off-road-focused/capable 4x4" -- I have to go with the new (and HIGHLY improved over earlier models) 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2.
Presently though, I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator (Rubicon) -- "Old School" technology-wise compared to this Ranger Raptor (and probably new ZR2 also) but that's perfectly fine with me. And given the Gladiator being "skinnier," it's better on tight trails off-road (less pin-striping), not to mention it fits in a small 1-car garage better -- love THAT "feature!" ;-)
BTW, I was drinking my morning coffee (shaken, not stirred, like James Bond likes HIS drinks) and every time you said the word "muscular" I took a sip: My cup emptied WAY too quickly! So I need to go pour myself another one...thanks. ;-)

I am in Europe and I am very happy USA finally does get the Raptor, the previous one was a desgin from 2009, it also was ugly both pre and after the facelift, this I honestly might get instead of importing an f250 from the america
We also get a Volkswagen rebadge of this, worried about rust because of that, VWs don't rust, Fords do a lot

It's still a tailgate. The box width & rear seat are good moves as well as engine choices. F150 sales will go down.
That bronze color is really nice The raptors a great looking truck but for $56,000 you can get the Chevy Colorado ZR2 for 10,000 less and still getting a hell of a truck.
I have a question regarding these trucks. Can they use tire chains on the font, rear or both front and rear? I live high in the mountains in Northern California where we fight road snow and ice all the time in the winter. The county does not plow these roads. WOW! These new Ford Ranger trucks XL through the Raptor are exciting. Can't wait to see some in person. Thank you for such a great comparison review! I don't care for all the red inside the Raptor just too much.

How much did you pay for your bronco raptor?
Needs the 500 horse power coyote V8 from the 24 stang GT. Even the old 480 horse old Bullit unit 5.0(307 cube) V8. But in an off road Raptor, a Lincoln 3.0TT is completely unacceptable. IMO, respectively.
Dose the 2024 Ranger Raptor have memory seat and easy entry and exit feature? The very High cost the expensive Raptor should have memory seating. And easy entry and exit features.
These were preproduction vehicles we saw I’ll be driving the final version in March. And then I can give you a direct answer for that once we post the review but I would assume it’s going to be there.
Thank you for your answer. I had placed an order for 2023 Ranger Raptor last Sept 2023. But I did cancel this order for this very reson. The 2023 Ranger Raptor did have an expensive price tag. But the Ranger Raptor did not have a simple memory seat option. Whitch is invaluable to me. Thank you again. @@CarCoachReports

You indicate the 2.3L in the new Ranger has higher horse power, actually its the same as the previous years. Also the last model has very similar door pocket storage. You make alot of mention of what customers wanted in the new Ranger. I've owned mine since 2020 with 30k on the clock, and Ford never asked me... Not bad but I'm not crazy about that interior. I think I prefer the new GMC Canyon...

I can't believe the dropped the Tremor, I can't believe no super cab with a 6' bed! I want more off road performance and ride quality than a standard FX4 and I don't want a Raptor. Ford, you really screwed over quite a few potential buyers. I don't want a super crew with a measly 5' bed!
I disagree respectfully, Ford knocked it out of the park in performance, engine options, trims. There might be a very select few wanting the 6ft bed, the reality is people towing, hauling a lot will buy the F150.
Agree 100% on the 6ft+ bed omission--a big miss (here and with the GM twins as well). The lack of it greatly reduces the versatility for actual truck (hauling and camper) duty. Regarding another's comment, not nearly all who want some truck functionality are remotely in the market for the behemoth F-150 (etc) for a whole variety of reasons. And, by the same token, not nearly everyone wants to almost always have to lower the gate rigged up with a cargo retainer bar, straps etc, to fit longer recreational gear or other loads-- all for want of that extra bed length.
If you see strikethroughs (on my post) like I do, don't know where that came from and I can't seem to edit it out.
Removing the rear AC vents from the US ranger is peak Ford. The international version has rear AC vents but us Americans nah. Let's just decontent the truck we will sell to the home crowd. And you still have an old fashioned key for XLT trims and below? Sad. Say what you want about GM but at least their
midsize trucks have push button start as standard and rear AC vents.
I'm pleasantly surprised with the engine options. The look is far more appealing than the out going model. Only thing I don't see is a moon roof. Not sure if the Maverick cut into Ranger sales, but they've been pretty bad. Ford really needed to do something big and looks like they did. The Raptor version will basically print money for the next couple of years.
ford stealerships will heap ADM stickers and mandatory options on it....bend over if you buy one...🤑💰👺🙄🤡💩💥💯👹

405HP does not impress me, nor does the Lincoln based 3.0TT V6. Seems to just lack power like the Raptor 3.5TT. And when you can now get a Raptor with a 700HP V8, why bother with a little power ranger Raptor?

@nicholaslasky3754 very simple price and availability raptor r is over 100k not including markup. Its hard to speculate with out driving the us spec of this truck it gives availability for everyone to be able to have a raptor
405hp is great in a ranger
all manufacturers who don’t install air in back seats should be sued by families. its obnoxious. straight garbage. 100 degree southern heat with kids…. damn child abuse because Ford is cheap. cool truck otherwise.
