I think you may have missed one of the hidden key strengths of Pursuit of knowledge. This isn't a play once a turn effect so you can deny any forced draws opponents can hit you for as well as if someone mills you out you can never deck out until they remove it from the board.

Love the presentation, but more than that, you are discussing fun, interesting cards that are not talked about.... Ad Nauseam. Almost every one gets my wheels turning because they are not cards suggested in every video or already present in every deck.
Pursuit of Knowledge seems good in a monarch themed deck. You don't have to skip your initial draw but you can skip the monarch trigger draw or vice versa so you essentially get a full 7 cards. Or you could even skip 2 draws in 1 turn to accelerate the counters outside of a proliferate idea.
I used in my Mangara Deck. It had a lot of draws like howling mine and things like that Drawing when necessary during opponents during opponents turn and stuff like that can really make that worth
I recently came across a card in a bulk bin called Custody Battle. It's an aura that requires the enchanted creature's controller to give control of the creature to an opponent on upkeep or sac a land. Going to try running it in mono red decks as commander removal.
Pure Reflection also has the added benefit of destroying random changelings your opponents might have. Pursuit of Knowledge has some funny edge cases also, if you know one of your opponents usually blue sun's everyone out of the game or similarly forces people to draw you can just prevent it. Also, having this in play would be great if someone flashes in hullbreacher, you would be able to deny them treasures.
Don't forget to mention that Pure Reflection also destroys all changelings/creatures with all creature types, because they are reflections too, so it could lead to some interesting results. Somebody plays a Maskwood Nexus for example, then you play Pure Reflection, which immediately locks them out of creatures if they aren't indestructible. Fun, isn't it? Could lead to some interesting jank.
Predator, Flagship can also be used to give your commander flying. or any creature, like if an opponent is swinging with a big creature and the defending player has none, that can block it you could give that big boy flying.
Seems like Pure Reflection would be great in a flash deck too. During blockers, you flash something in and get a bonus creature to block with. Purgatory is fantastic! I use it in my Karlov of the Ghost Council deck and it's so good. Pursuit of Knowledge sounds really cool, going to try it out in my Atraxa deck for sure. Yeah, I've never seen Rain of Daggers before either. Will try that out in both Greven Predator Captain and Karlov. Oh yeah, Radiate is going into my Chaos deck for sure! XD
Funny story about Radiate. My friend was running a Sen Triplets deck and he played Fractured Identity on my Elesh Norn, and my other friend who was running Shattergang Brothers actually played Radiate, and we spent the next 20 minutes figuring out how all of it worked. Essentially, at the end of the day, all your nonland permanents get wiped, and you get a copy of everyone else's nonland permanents. And it happened between four players. The game went on for another hour after that and the Shattergang deck played a Skullwinder, and he looked at the Sen Triplets player and they both laughed. Before I knew what was happening, they both returned Fractured Identity and Radiate back to their hands and did it all over again. Any player that had an Elesh Norn got 2, and I who had none got 3. They canceled each other out, obviously, but for everything else, each permanent you had you'd get two copies of, and you'd get like three copies of everyone else's permanents. I eventually just conceded cause the humor wore off when my friend pulled out his calculator to make it easier on him lol, and they've both been trying to recreate it ever since
Radiate is also silly with any kind of cantrip card that targets. It's also hilarious with cards like Oblation, Lightning Helix, Beast Within, Vapor Snag, etc.
Pure reflection in big creature naya. Sarkhan's unsealing, where ancients tread, warstorm surge, and other such effects burning the crap out of opponents for tokens, with various token doublers multiple tokens, when they enter the field.
Pursuit of Knowledge also works well with the new white draw spell (I think it was spoiled after you made this video). You can skip your draw 3, and then draw your 7. 7 mana and 2 cards but waaaay better than anything else white can do.
I think Pursuit of Knowledge works in a Hanna deck where she has a lot of low key card draw to speed it up and also she can recur the Pursuit of Knowledge and the cards that speed it up.
I've been watching these in some sort of weird order, so sorry for this comment being on a latter video, but did you ever do Gilder Bairn? It's a 1(G/U)(G/U) hybrid card that can help so many of these cards you mention that had counters. Specifically, if you have a way to tap him (It's a 1/3, so I guess you could attack, but might be better to put an enchantment that lets you tap him at will) he can increase the counters on any permanent by one each time by paying 2(G/U). So, like in this one, Pursuit of Knowledge can turn from "Skip three draws" to "Skip a draw and pay 4(G/U)(G/U)." He's also great in a planeswalker deck, or in a Quests deck, or really any deck that requires putting counters on things. Also, I'm not quite sure, because of the wording of it on the card itself, if it doubles counters, or just increases the counters by one. Still useful either way.

I used to use pursuit of knowledge in a legacy enchantress deck. In addition to helping draw more cards it sometimes also made it possible to not die when I would otherwise be forced to draw my deck. That doesn’t come up as much in commander, but in a deck where you may get three draw triggers for a single enchantment cast, it can instantly net you that 4 cards and it does have that hidden mode should your library get too small somehow. Also nothing beats playing radiate on the ice half of fire/ice.
I picked up a Primal Order because of EDHRECast a bit ago! It’s sweet, and something about old enchantments really appeals to me. If Pursuit of Knowledge costed 3, all the Sun Titan effects would have a field day. But if that was the case, it’d probably be used a lot more already and cost more.
My lgs has about 10 copies of power matrix been thinking about adding it to two decks I have that need trample one is generic mana. Pure reflection does wonders in my mono white chaos deck love that card so much. Rain of daggers reminds me of do or die
Pure reflection is great when you can make the tokens enter as something else (here's looking at you divine visitation) Also requiem angel is great for it as well. Reflections die and you get spirit replacements.
It's another counterspell or narsetts reversal in the right circumstance or as he said it can be an ink treader or spellslinger effect which is quite lovely
the ultimate play would be casting eureka and putting presence of the master into play from it. one einstein card from legends cheating in the other einstein card from legends... then you promptly lose the game, cause why the hell would you do that lol
It would be interesting to see a Edric, Spymaster of Trest deck with mono green flying creatures as the main attackers using blue as the colour that gives them power and efficiency
Why have I never seen pursuit of knowledge in an Atraxa deck? That seems perfect, skip 1 draw and draw 7 in like 2 turns? Not the only good place for this either, I got plenty of proliferate in one of my decks... Dang you find some awesome cards!

I love how your soothing voice casually recommends 8000 euro cards. ;) But really, it's very useful to shine a light on random cards you might already have in your collection and just didn't give a thought. This series already upgraded a bunch of my decks with cards that are really cool and where cheap or I just had lying around. Fantastic series!
I love Radiate, I use it in my Kalimax deck to make him gigantic out of nowhere. Also, Upheaval is banned in commander ... but Boomerang + Radiate isn't. :D
Radiate and Roiling Terrain is my favorite combo in the game. Don't cast it unless you've got a really good plan, but man it can end games on the SPOT.
Radiate is one of those cards that sound SPICY but whose applications are... limited to say the least, since EDH is mainly creature focused :( (Because, let's admit it, we want to surprise our opponents with this kind of stuff, not copy our own spells, lmao)

cards like rain of daggers seem like they set you behind too much, considering there is 2 other players in a 4player ffa who benefit from it just as much as you do and you are spending big mana and also life on it.

Purgatory seems really good in a Tormod, The Desecrator deck. Partner him with Ravos and you have the colors

Hurricane is a neat mono green card that can be used as a win con in lands matter decks and other creature heavy mono green deck

Instead of Pure Reflection, I usually run Spirit Mirror and pair it with Unnatural Selection for fun creature removal combo.

Purification could work in a golgari deck if you want cards in your graveyard, then the effect could work as a controlled graveyard
