      If he is honestly saying he does 45 minute row a day, plus weights, plus any of the other high volume workouts they seem to do else he does then you gotta wonder. 🙄
      But if you have drunk the koolaide and think these guys are legit with their body builder year round physiques that no one in any other sport like this have (gymnasts, lifters, athletics etc) then perhaps you don't have a sound background in elite sports.

      I was absolutely ripped going to a kickboxing/crossfit style gym for 3-5 hours a week. I was 30-34 years old, ate what I wanted, had a blast, and was fit as F. Even if this is true which it most likely is you’re saying that like if he wasn’t on anything he would just be an average guy… it’s not really how steroids work bro lmao, if you’re doing PEDs and you’re not putting in the work you’re just destroying your balls. Drugs or no drugs to do what he did at the highest level is extremely impressive

    • @WestsidePredator
      @WestsidePredator ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alexhernandez117 actually I remember a study in which two groups were given 600 m/l of test (less than a ML) per week, for 6 weeks.
      One of those groups didn’t work out, one did 3x per week. A third control group did the same workout program with no steroids.
      The group that sat on their butts for the 6 weeks and took test gained more muscle than the exercise group without drugs lol.

      @@WestsidePredator Sure let’s compare a control group of normal people to a CrossFit athlete at the highest level?? Apples to oranges my guy. In the study you describe over the course of six weeks that does not surprise me at all. Comparing six weeks of natural muscle building to six weeks of 600 mg exogenous test I’m pretty sure a monkey could have told you that the group on test would have gained more muscle. I’m talking about a CrossFit athlete competing at the highest level and even if he is on PED‘s which I do agree he most likely is. It’s almost guaranteed not test seeing as that is one of the most easily detected compounds. Show my point still stands PED or no PED what he has achieved is extremely impressive

From that point they can either choose to accept that and move on with their lives, or they can push themselves harder and try to reach a new, higher level of physique, mental strength and overall being. If you actually knew how CrossFit athlete program their macrocycles, you’d realize they do block training. Like 4-6 weeks of strength training, then move onto hypertrophy, then move onto more power output specific training, etc and just incorporate a lot of HIIT and circuit work regardless of their main lifting routines
