Respect to the Indian family, all of the food must have taken them an entire day to prepare for. I live in Europe, and this kind of hospitality from someone is just inconceivable.. Really heartwarming to see this - especially in an inter-cultural aspect.

that pill like thing is called hajmola. its a herbal digestive pill which helps in digestion after having heavy meal. its wierdly salty but if get the habit then it wont taste that bad. its like Chinese herbal medicines which are sometime strong, sometime salty, sometime bitter.
