Green Flag: Having Friends Of The Opposite Gender 🫡

- So I know this is kinda a hot topic to discuss, but having friends of the opposite or different genders is actually a green flag in my opinion!
Having friends from different identities and backgrounds allows us to see the struggles and experiences that each group goes through to gain some perspective on life. And it also means that we view people of the opposite gender as actual people and NOT a device to gain an advantage or pleasure.
You would be surprised at how many people simply don't view the opposite gender as actual human beings 😭
HOWEVERRRR if someone has ONLY friends of the opposite gender, I actually consider that a possible red flag. Maybe a pink flag. It can go either way.

I also hate that most friendships with opposite genders tend to start with flirting first and then people go "oh we are not "compatible" lets be friends. when you give someone attention and love shouldnt always mean you like them romantically. I feel like people are trying to shortcut to their dream relationship by killing hundreds of good friendships along the way. Especially online.
we should have friends from all religions, countries, genders and sexualities. They add so much more depth, perspective, caring and love in someone's life.
YES to all of this!! And sometimes when one person finds out that the other isn't interested in them romantically, they refuse to be friends anymore.. so it just means that they never considered that person their friend in the first place. /: Having friends of different genders, cultures, and backgrounds should be encouraged because diversity offers us so much perspective.
@@theflyingarioh yeah they do that too!! I dont get people. Then they complain about not having good friends. I think biggest red flag should be when a guy says "I dont have many guy friends." or a woman saying "i dont have female friends." and they add "they dont like me" hahah. yeah if you only interact with the gender you are attracted to , you start neglecting everyone else. Thank you for reading my word salad. I had so much more to say but had to stop. haha.
I should have mentioned that i always complain about not having friends but my reason is that they all suck. haha. 🤣🙃
I don't think i can be friends with a female that would be the hardest thing to do. I wish it were like that though
