BRM chats with Carys Baker after she announced she is staying in the Burg'! We took a look back at last season, relationship with Coach Duffy, and goals for next season!
Such an incredibly bright and well spoken young lady! A great representative for Virginia Tech and women’s college basketball. She will be a fabulous leader as well as a player as she continues to develop.
Sons of Sat. don't really dig into that stuff, first with Carleigh, now with Carys. It's there, the questions to be asked. Carys mentioned developing her game under Duffy can we turn that around and say it wasn't being developed under the previous coach? eg, she wants to do more than catch and shoot (like even dribble)? But yeah, I'd love to know the real timeline, obviously she knew when she gave the 2nd dad speech after the loss. Hard to discern if her poor shooting was more of a problem pivoting to a team w/o LK. He must have said something to them after the news broke at KY. he's so full of poop though, "I have to go talk recruits tonight"! yeah, for KY.

Given KB was in talks during the NCAA first two games, how many players knew he was leaving? IMHO Georgia was not playing well during Baylor.
