    I almost got killed by a cager on my HD 883... I bought a 2005 VTX 1300, to just flip and experiment with other brands.... I fell in love with Honda within a a few hours! And a month later I gave her a full service refresh... I'm in love all over again!!

      Noice! Yeah, I’ve never ridden an 883 but I can only imagine the difference. Honda baby! It’s a beast for sure.

    👍🏻 if you like the 1300 this much then the VTX 1800 monster torque will completely make you fall in love all over again .

      I have heard this! It looks like a beast but I think I am good with this much power and fuel inefficiency haha. Great bikes though for sure!
      Ride safe man!

      I feel irresponsible having a few bikes at times but I couldn’t agree more. Some first world problems I guess. But I’m thankful I have choice in the bikes I get to ride, and you’re correct, sometimes it’s a different bike kinda night. Ride safe!

    love my vtx 1300c done a lot of mods to it like 14" apes exhaust and seat, but have been looking at the mt/fz07s i feel like having both would be the best of both worlds

      Nice bike! I think I just get used to bikes and want to try other ones out. The MT07 is a great bike for sure, but Im slowly losing my love for it I think. Sounds wicked and rides great though, just a little light and small feeling sometimes. Great for twisties and more entertaining stretches of road though for sure!

    I just got myself a 2004 VTX 1300c a few weeks ago. I love it. Has plenty of power. I had a Vstar 650 as my first motorcycle and was great, but then grew tired of it. Then got a mt-07 and love that bike. Was riding that more than the 650. So sold the 650 and got the 1300. So much better. Now I find myself more on that. But you never know what you will like until you jump on something and try it. Like I never thought I would like the crotch rockets. When I tried my friend's 600rr, I loved the seating position. So got myself a Cfmoto 450ss. So much fun ringing the neck out of it. But the 1300 is like riding a couch and is great with 2 up. Moves like it doesn't bother it nun like the 650. Enjoy your bike cause I know you are having as much fun as I am with it.

      @nickandmotorcycletime5246  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Right on! Well said man! Couldn't agree more with all those points. I used to have a crotch rocket, sometimes I miss it. Ill eventually get another one to try for a bit, but I think the VTX will always be my highway bike, its a comfy ride with lots of power I think. The MT07 is nice to be showy and want to rip around tight roads and have a mean sounding exhaust haha. Theres not enough time to try all the bikes!!

      Kind of funny calling a CF MOTO 450SS A "CROTCH Rocket" It has the looks of one but that's about it,😂 Your friends 600RR has more than double the HP of that Chinese parallel twin that puts out 50hp and the CBR 600RR puts out almost 120HP, No comparison at all, No High RPM shrill of a 15,000RPM 4 cylinder and NO adrenaline rush from acceleration, But I guess it would be a good cheap first bike to learn on for someone though as long as it was cheap... No way I could justify buying a new CF Moto 450ss that MSRP's for $5500 over buying a good used 600-1000cc sportbike that would be better in every way possible....

    • @grampsaggyballs
      @grampsaggyballs 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @Stars-and-Stripes- Most definitely it doesn't have as near hp as the 600rr. But I referring to the seating position. Riding In the fetal position. 🤣🤣

      @@theodore1224 Nice! Good old SJ. Yeah mine is a little rough around the edges but I’ve been learning to fix things as I go. There’s a few for sale around here but prices are crazy right now. The 1800 seems pretty incredible but I see more issues with them compared to the 1300. Also gas mileage, not that either get great mileage something to consider since gas is also climbing. Hope you find the bike man!
